This order was placed last week 18-12-21, still no joy of news of receiving if I was aware of this slow service I would of gone to the shops to purchase.
No updates not contact number poor service.
Never will I buy from this company never. After receiving my items today 22nd December if this could not get worse my top ordered had a stain on it
this is a lesson for me to buy from store as you can take back and get changed now I have to have a big communication with emails wait weeks to get a replacement as there is no customer service phone number. so basically a waste of money just before Christmas. JDs next time for me as you can deal with a human face face.

Sorry I had to give one star, but zero stars would be better.

Bought the shoes here, never got an invoice, created an account and never got the activation mail, the website says the account is dissabled you can resend activation mail - I still get no mails. Got the shoes, no prove I have bought them if something is wrong with them. The things about sending “news” and making a review works fine. So dont buy via this site, they do not have control over their processes.

I returned a pair of trainers 3 weeks ago, despite saying they have received them back they still haven't processed my refund. Ringing and emailing them but getting nowhere. Their response is the refund has been triggered, not able to give me a date as to when they processed it and I believe they still haven't even though they have had the items back for more than 14 days. I do hope they go out of business. This was the first and last time I will ever use them. I should have kept them instead of now not having the trainers or my money. Do they care? No! No surprise I don't get any texts or messages to rate their service.

Ordered 3 products but only 2 products were in the box. Sent them an email and tried to call them but it's impossible to get in contact with someone from customer service. I'm already waiting for a week. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Awful customer service, refuse to escalate complaints and hang up if you demand to speak to a supervisor or manager. Awful.

Hey everyone I probably must have to say one of the worst customer services ever I received delivery is been miss placed and when escalate the the issue more then 3 times then requested to speak to manager been refused and been told for 10 days.i actually placed two orders online one is been miss placed and other one is gone back to footlockers but haven’t received and refund.

Ordered online, DHL failed 1st and only delivery and sent back to sender due to Foot Locker "policies" of return after 5 days even though I went to DHL and waited to collect them the parcel couldnt be found. No 2nd delivery was attempted called both companies and neither accepting responsibility. Foot Locker wont reissue the order as Customer Services can't do that over the phone and now I am £165 out of pocket and have to wait up to 2 weeks for any refund.

ABSOLUTE JOKE.

14 days upon receiving my shoes, they started to fall apart. Customers service’s response? We can’t help you, it’s your own fault. Never again!

Ordered Nike shoes for my daughter , they didn’t fit ... no returns info in parcel and no answer to so far 8 emails to customer services !? These shoes cost £80 totally unacceptable in this day and age and still no further forward in getting them returned !?!

I ordered some trainers on the 8th, for £100 pls postage. I receieved an email saying my parel had arrived and been signed for by me while i was at work. I returned home to nothing and checked with my neighbours and nothing. I rang DHL who said that they would find out where it was left only to discover that the driver had moved back to romania and that there was no way of finding this out. They told me to contact foot locker which i did, the man said that it would take 3 days to get in contact with his supervisor and open a case, i stressed this was so unfair and not my fault and i am now down £100 and he said there was nothing else they can do. 4 days later . Today i call them again to discover that actrually no case had been opened and that no call had been logged. That the case would be opened today but it can take up to 2 weeks to process plus christmas. So here i am now with no present to give and not enough money to replace it. And £100 down before christmas. Having recived the worst service and a possible DHL delivery driver giving the best stolen christmas present this year.

Over 2 weeks ago I bought 3 pairs of Nike, zoom 2KA, Jordan Maxin 200 and Air Max 720-818 and this is my experience with Foot Locker Europe. I haven't received my orders. I have sent few emails to footlocker no reply at all. Opened the case via Resolver. Frustrated..

‪absolutely raging, the courier held onto my parcel for no apparent reason without attempting delivery for over a week. I’m being told different things from Footlocker customer service. I ordered on 28/02 in time for my Bday & I’m now out of pocket and have no items ???? I just want my refund! ‬

I have had a similar problem with footlocker in Livingston today. Absolutely shocking customer service! Bought my son a pair of trainers at £170 2 months ago the sole punctured spoke to mike this morning who advised me to take them back to where we bought them (60 mile round trip) we did this for the store manager to turn around and tell us “in his opinion it’s not a manufacturing problem and that we haven’t taken care of them” when pressed to tell us what he meant by this he became argumentative and could defend his words. I asked him for complaints procedure and his name which he at first refused to give me! After pressing he did but commented “I will give you my name but I don’t have to” in leaving my son turned around to see them laughing at us. Absolutely appalling do not buy from this store they need some training in customer care and need to remember that without customers they wouldn’t have a job! Avoid this store!

They lost my sons birthday present then took 6 weeks to refund and I’m still waiting for a formal apology and compensation and they are just avoiding me and ignoring government policies I’m about to take it to trading standards just making this review them I’m calling them so really bad Setvice I’ve been fighting this for two years now disgusting company

I honestly dont know about anyone elses experience with shopping online with Footlocker Europe, but I can say that they are ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, and my orders came 3 days after placing it. I was so thrilled and impressed with their ability to send several emails confirming payment, shipment and text messages when my shoes would be delivered. The time stated for delivery slot was ON POINT! As soon as I got my shoes, my sons ordered more for themselves! HUGE THANK YOU Footlocker Europe! You guys are simply amazing and you have a customer for shoes for my family of 13!!

I returned a pair of air force 1in August 2019 (Footlocker Kids HighCross Leicester). Instead of refunding they charged me, which was staff fault. However, I spoke to different staff members and they all promised to sort the issue and arrange my refund. A month passed and nothing was done so I emailed customer services. They requested receipts and bank statements which I submitted. They acknowledged that the money was not refunded but instead of arranging the refund they directed me back to the shop. I wrote to the manager of the shop and submitted all the evidence and never received my refund or reply. It appears no one cares. IT DOES NOT TAKE 3CMONTHS TO ARRANGE A REFUND.
It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it appears to be common practice based on the feedback here.
I don't believe I will ever see my money again but SHAME on Footlocker. I will never
spend a penny in Footlocker again. DISGUSTING

Ordered my mum some UGG trainers for Christmas, arrived yesterday.

I ordered a 4.5UK size, and they sent me a size 4UK. I called up Customer Services and spoke to Thomas... he was extremely rude and very unhelpful.

He explained that I needed to return them to store and then order a new pair in Size 4.5UK, when asking if he could confirm that I won't again, receive another size 4 by mistake, he said I needed to wait until Footlocker fix the problem and THEN re-order... when asking how long this would take he said 10 days!!!

10 days?! when I told him it was a Christmas present and that would mean I wouldn't get the correct pair in time for Christmas. I thought this was outrageous especially as it was them who messed up.

When asking for his name he told me it was Thomas, then before I even asked he said "I don't need to tell you my last name, I'm the only Thomas that works here"... I told him I doubt he is the only Thomas to work in the WHOLE of Footlocker, he said it was correct. I then asked for his employee number or some form of ID number they can give to customers to link to back to them... he told me I should appreciate that he even gave me his name, he doesn't need to give me any more information as it's his privacy and I should be grateful he even gave his name as he didn't have to.

I asked to speak to his manager, he said no as his manager doesn't take calls from customers and even if he did he would tell me the same thing.

Won't ever be shopping at Footlocker again. Disgusting.

I bought a pair of Nike in July. I did not wear the shoes more than 10 times and there is a rip on the front in one of the shoes. I contacted the company but they said it is not a manufacturing fault. I basically bought an expensive pair of shoes which i am not able to wear anymore... The company should take the responsibility for selling bad products. I will never trust them again.

Shocking customer service
Bought pair of Nike after a couple months the stitching came undone on the shoe. Numerous emails back and forth, photos, same questions are unanswered! Cust service rep Ian is rude, dismissive and condescending. At my wits end so emailed Nike direct. Do not give footlocker your business - go elsewhere absolute headache if you have any issue .
