False advertising - Typical Bait and Switch...
They say it's a free service you spend 10 minutes filling the form and then they
wont let you print or save unless you pay them!

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Their product does everything it says it will, however, one of the options to get the product was to get a FREE trial for a week, but upon checking my account I was charged for the interaction. I don't like being told in big bold numbers "$0.00/week" only to be charged something for it. No matter how low it is, false advertisement is one of my biggest pet peeves. 3 stars for doing what they advertise, but also -2 stars for falsely claiming "free".

This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase.
