As Promised the car was delivered down to me on the 1st June 2019 we loved it we got two days use out off it before the engine light on came on when I was on my way to the hospital with a scare this is the last thing I needed to worry about! After being in hospital all day I came out to having to sort out a car I had for two days! Fowler’s agreed they would pay for the car to get fixed and we had someone come out to look at the car 4 days later to which he believed the problem had been solved but within 30mins the light came back on, again stressed and something I didn’t need to worry about!
After having a number off chats with Fowler’s it was agreed that the car would be switched over with a new car the finance would stay the same so it would effect my credit and I would just need to pay £300 upfront we was happy to do so!! It took 3 weeks for the car too be switched out but in the mean time I still had to pay for the broken car that was sat on my drive and then told I would get the money back again happy to do as I thought it was sorted, I was told when the money came out to give them a call and they would refund me my money what a joke it was! Each time I phoned up it was Dan is busy he will phone you back that never happened!! One time I phoned a lady told me dan just on the phone I’ll put you on hold then she came back and told me he had moved away from his desk so he will call me back again this didn’t happen!! It took 2 weeks for me to get my money back from a car I couldn’t use!!!
Finally the cars got switched over I was told by the office that they was sorting out the paper work and I would get a email to sign for the new car and that would be that!! I was wrong again!!!
3 weeks had gone by and still no paperwork for the new car I get a phone call from dan at Fowler’s I was in hospital so couldn’t answer it and so went a email to say I would call back thinking finally it was all sorted out, but it was completely the opposite

Its fine to give us a call on Thursday yes, however the reason I was calling is bad news unfortunately. We haven’t been able to get you approved with an alternative lender, so will need to collect the vehicle as soon as possible please. I do sincerely apologise about the situation however we have exhausted all options available to us. ( email I had got)
They had messed up my finance and now I could get approved!! It should off just been a switch over on the cars another check should not off been done in my name...
I phoned the finance company to see if they could give me any information on what was going on and got told that there was no notes to say the car was getting switched over and there was nothing they could do for me..
Being 37 weeks pregnant my stress level was high enough and this is the last thing I needed.
In the space off 2 months it’s been nothing but stress and it’s not something I need being heavily pregnant!!
I’m now left without a car and I could go into labour any day soon!! I don’t no a company like them it’s been nothing but hard work from the moment the first car got delivered to me!!
I lost out on money when the first car was broken where I was getting public transport to places the 1st car went back with 1/2 tank off diesel and now the 2nd car is going back with 3/4 of a tank!!
I now can’t get approved for finance so I’m without a car where I sold my car thinking I would have a new one on finance so now I’m gonna have to pay for public transport or ask my friends and family for help!!
Being heavily pregnant this has caused me nothing but stress for 2 months and it hasn’t help that I have had a number off scares within this time too and been in hospital a lot!
I would never recommend using Fowler’s to anyone and I think it is so wrong how I have been treated over the last 2 months

Picked this car up November 18.
Where do I start.
The day after I drove the car home I had to replace the tyre, the inside of the tyre was so worn which caused it to deflate.
I never had any hazards or air con.
The fuel injector misfire (which left me and my 14 month old son stranded on M25) l
It needed 2 track rod ends, air con pipe was totally split in half, air con re-gas, movement in both front wheels which caused a horrible wobble over 50mph.
It took me 2 months to get the money from the tyre back from Fowler’s after constant chasing.
The car was written off in Jan 19 (which was the best thing for this diabolical liability they call a car) it only passed it’s apparently legit MOT in Oct 18.
Awful garage I would never ever go back to them. I will be putting in an official complaint!

I can honestly say I had a first class experience with the representative Marlon, if I had to score out of 10 it would have to be10/10 I am so happy with the car it is perfect and everything I asked for
A huge huge thankyou to Marlon
He was even there for aftercare
They even delivered the car.
If I had to make a negative point it would be that one of the delivery men swore a little too much, tried a little too hard, needs to relax a little

Fowlers finance now literally won't stop hassling me, I've had multiple emails and phone calls from them even though I have told them numerous times that I have taken finance somewhere else and that I wasn't interested. This was 6 weeks ago and I'm still receiving calls and emails.
Don't bother.

Took a while to get me what I wanted but no complaints from me
Dan was extremely helpful and even gave me fuel money for the new car
Heard all the horror stories but take no notice

My experience -
I get home on day 1 and wheel bearings had gone, I go back (40 miles) they fixed it but I was without a car for a few days as I had part exchanged my old car with them. I get it back and within a week the gearbox went, they fixed it again but it took 2 weeks (again I'm without a car - they apparently have courtesy cars but there's a big waiting list). I get it back and it's all going well but a few days later the power steering went!! I asked if I could take to a garage near me as they are so slow and far away. They agreed. But then the quote was too much so they wouldn't pay it and wanted to do the work themselves. It took them 3 days to pay the £80 fee from the garage local to me for looking into the problem so again I was without a car.
They finally paid and took the car for them to fix and again it took 3 weeks! I finally got the car back after having a brand new power steering pump.
8 months later and so far so good.... Until bam the power steering pump has gone again!!
There after sales team is a 3 person team compared to the 150 sales assistants they employ. Getting hold of after sales is near impossible. If you need them repeatedly call sales over and over and they will eventually put you through where either Mark or Angela will answer. I prey you never have to speak to Angela she is so RUDE! She speaks to you as if you are a 3 year old. If she doesn't like what you say she will either cut you off or interrupt you. She will then blame you for her or another staff giving you information. (I was told a cue for a courtesy car was 2 weeks after 2 weeks I managed to speak to Angela, "nobody told me 2 weeks" I swore down someone did and she said "what do I expect me to do" She will not let you talk she is the rudest woman I have ever spoke to in my life! It's as if Mark Fowler himself is constantly stood behind her with his _____ ___ her ____ (and well I will let your imagination fill the blanks!).
My car still needs repairing by their mistakes. But I would rather pay for the work myself than go near these ever again.
Don't even bother trying to leave a bad review on any other site as they will delete it. There is a Facebook group with customers all saying the same!
