I had a friend who installed a mixer shower with mains cold and tank fed hot , UGH ! Near impossible to alter pipework because of new tiling . I found flow limiters from Freeflush that fit inside 15mm compression fitting feed and they were delivered very promptly . Very impressed . Thank you .

I have purchased Burgundy Barrel Water Butt 500l with downpipe filter/diverter and 3m extention hose. Before I placed my order I had some questions and concerns which has been answered on spot and with no delay. Delivery was prompt and on time. Based on provided documentation installation went fine and with no issues. getting a great service I am now a happy owner of well looking and perfectly working rainwater harvesting system. The only thing that I would probably need to consider is extending the system by another barell just in case we get the same hot days as this summer and I have more water for my plants;-)

I bought one leaf catcher as a trial and fitted to my down pipe early last year, We were very happy at the ease to empty the caught leaves. Now i dont need to get the ladder out and climb up to clear the leaves from the gutters, My wife and Children can do it easily. I was so pleased i have bought five more and fitted them, now all my down pipes have them fitted and my life is easier and simpler. I would highly recomend.

Phoned Freeflush with various questions about product water butts ,all questions answered ,bought them on the spot,product came on date given in time slot ,lady truck driver very pleasant ,unloaded and placed in position,could not fault her ,just waiting for rain to fill them 10/10

Second purchase from Freeflush as we were so happy first time round. Waterbutt is great quality, easy to install, discrete and fits with our Victorian house. Surprisingly people always comment on it! 100% recommend.

Wall hung wall butt was as described and works well but disappointed that it did not come with caps to cover the two top holes which we thought were 'factory fitted'. Wall bracket was not as described in the fitting directions but my query was dealt with by a helpful assistant on the phone. Overall the product works well.

I bought two 160-litre water butts, partly because they're good-looking but also because they'll do the job. We were a little fazed by the lack of obvious place for the inlet, but it was okay in the end.

Have had two of this model of wall-mounted water butt for many years and replaced one of them over-time so decided to back a winning horse and order another replacement when a leak developed. It arrived on the due date, slotted instantly into place using the existing pipework. Unfortunately the tap - a different design to the previous ones - dripped. But resolution was only a phone call away. Within 24 hours the postman had delivered not just a replacement tap of the new design but also one of the old design. A real treat for a belt and bracers man like me! I couldn't praise the team any higher for their customer service. Ps: I fitted the old design tap...better the one you know!!

We have had the rain water harvetors ( Water Butts) for a number of years now, great saving now on our newly installed water meter by Southern Water on 100 year old property, very helpful for all the pot plants at home, making them a great value for money, plus, they all look most attative on the side of the house adding some additional charater to our article 4 conservation area here in Southampton:

I needed just under 4m of hose but couldn't see a stock item so I ordered 3m + 2m (to be safe) along with a connector. The next I knew was a 'phone call wondering why I'd selected these products. One I explained the caller said that they would send out 4m with no need for the connector. As I'd already paid, for the online order, they refunded the difference. If only all suppliers were so conscientious. I now have them saved to my favourites for future use.

I bought a 'Rain Collector Speedy fit water butt filter for circular downpipes'. To have a water butt, we needed to fit a rain water diverter to a cast iron, small diameter downpipe that vanished into the ground at the base. This was the only solution I could find and, at first, I hesitated to pay the price. However, you certainly get what you pay for. It arrived quickly. The instructions are clear and there is a helpful video online. The hole-cutting bit included in the kit worked, although getting through the cast iron pipe was difficult and took ages, even with a plug-in drill. It was good that the part that went into the downpipe could be cut down for a smaller-diameter pipe, like ours. I waited until there had been enough rain to test it before writing this review. The water butt fills well and the diverter switched fine once the water butt was full. It's a great product.

I bought the speedy fit water but diverter kit because I have a cast iron downpipe that I didn’t want to slice in two to fit a standard diverter. Irritatingly the cast iron downpipe is good old 2 1/2” British pipe, not the minimum 70mm recommended for this product. I had a good chat with the customer service technical team who explained what pipe sizes they had already fitted it to. I think they said they might have done 60mm plastic, but they advised me that it would not fit 50mm pipe. Armed with this knowledge I went ahead and bought one. I’m please to say it does fit, and hopefully when it next rains in about 6 months time (!!) I’ll see how well it works. The fitting process is simple, the tank cutter is a good tool, however you need a powerful, high torque drill (I used a Bosch Advanced Impact 900) to cut into the pipe - you also need patience and some pretty strong muscles. It took me over two hours to finally cut the hole out of the downpipe. Worth it now it’s done. It looks smart.

My 100 litre The Original Prestige Wall Mounted Water butt was ordered & delivered within 3 days. After a very easy installation of my stylish water butt, there was a problem with the tap continually dripping. I emailed Freeflush & a new tap arrived 2 days later. Thank you Freeflush for providing a quality product & fantastic service. Very happy customer. Would recommend Freeflush to everyone.

The flow restrictors worked a treat , used the 4liter on a water fall tap , without them the water shot over the bowl. They fitted well into the inlet of the IV valve. Used a measuring jug and timed for 1 min to find the size required ????

I have fitted the rain diverter to a round down pipe from a large roof and to fill a 400L tank. The video on the internet is very good and I could not have done it without that. The diverter works well and I was pleasantly surprised that it captures most of the water coming down the pipe. I recommend this product if you want a simple and effective device to collect rainwater from a roof.
