Yep - it works really well - when it works. But.... VERY easy to upset and confuse it (try deleting a completed download while another is running for example). Solution is to purge the cache and start again. This review is for the paid version.

FreeGrabApp is very useful and provides a variety of different uses such as video for Netflix, amazon prime and others. I tried amazon, it did not work, the support got back to me quickly and reported it to the developers. It turned out amazing! FreeGrabApp also provides support and refunds if you have bought the app, and something has gone wrong, they will be fair and issue a refund. They are also quite fast on the software they release. The experience I have had with is from Amazon Prime Downloader. The program won’t let you download from [amazon.co.uk](https://amazon.co.uk) though, but it is very very useful. If you download from [primevideo.com](https://primevideo.com), it works perfectly, but as it’s in beta there are a lot of bugs that are being fixed. As well as the Amazon Prime Downloader, there are tons of other programs that can come to some use. Overall, FreeGrabApp is very useful, and great overall. waisted my time - I dont like freegrabapp it is slow and did not work with many action movies if you change or lost your computer or reinstall wndows your money for the freegrapap licence is gone too the support of freegrabapp is not helpful

The Amazon grab app doesn’t work at all. The review is false if someone says it does. They will not give you a refund without a lot of trouble, and then only a partial refund at that. This is why people download bootlegs.

Not sure why some people are saying Amazon doesn't work. I have FlixGrab and it pulls both Netflix and Amazon just fine. I had an issue yesterday where it wouldn't take my Netflix Login, gave me error messages. I contacted there support and within 24 hours they had an updated launcher that resolved my issues. Well worth the money!
