I would never recommend this platform for freelance work. Full of scammers. I can't believe someone is actually giving this site 5 stars. I don't believe those ratings are genuine, at least most of them are not. I sincerly can NOTaccept those 5* ratings are genuine reflection of the service, you can pay people to post positive feedback. I joined the service recently, I was contacted by scammers within minutes of updating my profile. Scammers waiting like sharks for a new commers. They charge way too much commissions. They are very eager to charge you. There is absolutely no incentive to pick up any jobs unless you are desperate to make a few dollars and work as a modern online slave for peanuts. Some job offers $2 - $8$ per hour. If you deduct commission fees you will get a very questionable payments. It seems to me unethical and absolute disgrace that it is even legally allowed. I came across offer such as: Paid to you: $10.00 - $6.00 fee = $4.00 means if I pick up $10 job I will get $4 USD. Something seriously wrong there. I mean.. I am not afraid to call this also scam!

I'm a frequent user of Freelancer.com. They have an honest and fair customer support that evaluates issues and helps reach reasonable solutions for everyone. When you have billing or financial issues, they respond within a few days and generally resolve all issues professionally. Fast growing website but still has the heart of a startup. Great work!

Now a days when there is Pandemic situation all over the world and people cannot go to their offices. Freelancer.com has not only provided the forum to earn from home but in normal days it has proved to be the best truly best freelancer website. I love this forum. If you have capability you can convert your destiny into fortune. Especially I appreciate Support team of Freelancer, which proved to be really supportive in adverse situations.

You really need to sort out bad projects for something like your first 20 or 30 reviews, after that you can get something like preferred status and see what other post in bids and overall it become much better. Corporate account also possible with membership upgrades and constant promos of memberships, you will not make a lot right away, but while you build up your rep and promote yourself in various ways - money will come to that. Some mistakes and such presents but they fix them each year I would say.

One thing I really love about the Freelancer portal is that they have an awesome service! You do need to be a bit careful while assigning a project to Freelancers as not always you get great quality. However even if you face issues, their support team will be happy to resolve. Highly recommended!

Freelancer.com is the best platform of its category. I just had a small matter and they took no time in finding me a support agent who guided and help me through everything. Excellent site. it provides opportunities for everyone. I have to withdraw my funds yet but so far, it has been smooth.

I have never, ever had a rep at a content mill or a freelance platform come up to me and offer me a discount on their membership! And I'm not talking those automated messages that get crammed out to everyone! No, I had a wonderful rep come to me for a chat. She laid out all of the details, she had answers to all of my questions and she was really, really pleasant to speak to! I am floored! Customer service isn't dead, you guys! It's ALIVE!

They are forcing me to upload my IDs and personal detail which is an illegal thing to do. So I tell them "I don't want to upload my ID's and personal details because it's illegal and risky for me. If you persist, please refund all of the funded money and withdraw my balance" Because I can't withdraw nor transfer any of my balance

I was easily able to post a project and find a qualified contractor. My contractor completed my project in record time. Freelancer offers a good service, but I found their website not very well explained. It was mostly guesswork and errors trying to administer the project through the Freelancer website. Very little explanation of the consequences of pressing any key.

I have been using this site for 6 years. Always plenty of work to be found. The website itself and the support service has steadily improved over the years and is very good now. They have always been fast to sort out my issues. Highly Recommended.

I am very happy. This is the best site ever. You do not need any other bank account in order to get your money except your local bank account. They convert the currency themselves too. Their support system is very helpful and kind.I am a university student and a writer I earn approximately $40 on average with minimal effort.
