When I need to convert video from one format to another or I need to reduce the size of a video, Freemake Video Converter is my tool of choice. It consistently does an excellent job. Also, the product is continually being updated with improvements. This is a great program to have at hand.

I did not read the instructions correctly when ordering the service. I could not make it work and not only did they refund me the price they did it quickly and courteously. I am thankful that they were willing to refund me even though per the policy they had every right to refuse to. Great customer support and quick responses. This all happened on a Sunday as well.

Worked great on first project if mine, but didnt perform at all on second project. Also was not impressed with their sneaky tactics. When you use the trial version, you are actually obligated to pay 9.99 for 3 months. Use NERO, I do now.

Extremely buggy software (my PC and OS are up to date), terrible customer service where they wouldn't even reply, and extortionate prices/subscription plans. Beware before buying anything from this company.

Freemake is a scam. They will charge you $29.95 per week for their free' software. That's $1500 per year - automatically taken from your account. Impossible to reach them. They are simply criminals and need to be prosecuted. Any positive review must be made by them. Avoid Freemake like the plague. They stole a lot of money from my PayPal account before I noticed.

Really easy to use, great range of options when converting, you can choose from the full range of Video formats and there is even one called "To Apple" so i don;t even need to know what format my iPad needs, Freemake does it for you. Some very useful optional extras [at a cost] such as removing or editing subtitles - if you are like me, subtitles on a Video drive me insane - and the option to have a high speed conversion if your patience is not up to scratch. I have never needed to look for an alternative solution to converting Videos as this does exactly what i need.

I signed up to a limited offer for a one week trial. One week later i saw money is removed from my account. I wrote an e-mail to customer service and they gave me my money back very quickly ;). I used many free programs of this type but none met my expectations as well as Freemake. I would highly recommend this software! ;)

This is a real great working and easy to use software. I use it from a long time ago, and I could do everything what I want, like to convert a video/audio file to any other format, or size, while in the meantime I can change the aspect ratio, the bitrate and almost everything. The editor is an easy to use one, so you don't need any special skill to cut out the don't wanted parts. Also, I suggest to take a look for the additional options, as with these you can even add subtitles to your videos, and so on. I recommend to try this solution!

supposedly FREE! NOT FREE! your going to waste a disc to find out that by logo, they MEAN IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR $#*!ING SCREEN Pure $#*! quality, pure $#*! interface, pure $#*! speeds, and if you think some dumb asses are going to spend money on your $#*! software after using it whileyou plug a 3 hour day from me is insanity. i hope you all burn in hell with the rest of the idiots out there.

even though it can download videos, now it wants my account and have fun with it and i can`t even recover it back and i don`t know how to recover now my files my education was there and freemake videos must pay it back im gonna hired a hacker for this and take over there career

Having a video on disc which was made by copying a VHS tape to DVD I wanted to have the material on my computer. I tried a few tools to try and rip or copy but didn't work. Then I found Freemake Video Converter and without any difficulty could convert the DVD to all different video formats onto my computer. The interface is very clear and user friendly. The tool is easy to use. I would highly recommend Freemake Video Converter!

Used this software converter many YouTube videos to mp3, simple to use and fast. If encounter with issue have great customer service with fast response to resolve matter. I have tried others, but simply prefer this one. Doesn't cost much, am totally satisfied..

You gotta Love this Free make old Lifetime Video converter! Not only does it take a 3.9gb vid and shrink it to 250 MB's but the audio and video are in Hd quality! How did I ever find such a great company and software! they respond right away and offer many solutions to help you and they Rock! Buy all their software! I've been using Freemake for few years now and I love it, especially subtitles option. I am a big fan of opera, so I do need to covert videos to dvds with subtitles. Very friendly and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm a PR director, so I often take a lot of photos and videos, which with this video converter are combined into slide shows or films. I have been using this converter for 5 years, I don't like any other. This also has its drawbacks, but there are clearly more advantages. I hope that in the future the conversion speed will be made faster and the program will not freeze.

So far all songs I have downloaded have parts of the song where it completely cuts out all sound, music, voice, etc. I have the Gold Pack service too. There will just be random sections of the songs where nothing is heard then it picks up again skipping part of the song. I put in a ticket with their customer service and it went ignored. They recently had an update to their software but that didn't fix this issue. The converter is useless to me if the songs cut in and out during playback.

The product was 1 dollar for a week. After the week, I was charged 29.95 US dollars. It is completely misleading and does not tell you it is a ongoing subscription or how much it would be. The perfect scam!. 30 x 52 is 1560 US dollars a year! emailed the company. No reply of course. DO NOT USE!!!!

I've been using Freemake for years now and have always been pleased with the outcome. I have recommended it to several others where the need was there and will continue to do so. I was in need of a utility that can transfer programs I've written to a DVD. Upon extensive research I tried Freemake and have continued to us it in every way to meet my needs. Have doubts? Just try it!
