Today i send my coin to freewallet and its success but when i want to exchanging my coin the system said if i dont have any coins in my wallet and i cant exchanging my coin, i try to chat the agent in the chatting section but no one responding on me, i dont know what should i do to exchanging my coin in freewallet,

Google sign in button brings up an account selection screen then clicking does nothing to sign one in. I used this last year and now nothing.

I have been using FREEWALLET application for 3 years at least and had few technical positive experienced from myself or from frens that I have recommended.

But my latest and recent experience where I transferred by USDT asset into FREEWALLET is not reflected just because the old address used is not valid due to FREEWALLET latest software upgrade that require users to generate new deposit address is giving me frustration even tho Mike the Support Manager did respond in less than 5 minutes ensuring that my USDT is safe and the matter is being forwarded to the Finance Unit for refund. I hope FREEWALLET would honour they commitment to refund back my USDT and I don’t mind paying $30 for the cost of refund. But the idea of blockchain technology as mean of transparency and trustworthy here is really put into the line. PLEASE HELP ME ADMIN FREEWALLET

I enabled 2fa and I receive daily emails from Freewallet regarding login attempts. I created the account 2 years ago but never deposited anything in it. I'm just sick of those login attempt emails. I want my Freewallet account to be closed.

I had a technical issue with my mobile phone and my e-wallet went zero!!
Once I communicated with the help desk of the Freewallet App, my problem was solved in a quick and excellent way.
I need to mention that I was very stressed, in case I lost my e-money, however the customer service was very calm, kind and trustworthy.
The Freewallet worths 10 stars, not five.

Perfect wallet for beginners
Use this wallet for about 2 years. The wallet is simple and user-friendly. Great support team. Sometimes I use exchange inside. So, it works, but sometimes it works too slow for me.

I had to wait two days for an issue with my code. When I explained the situation to them, they resolved it immediately and let me know that. When I went onto my account it was fine.

So pleased, and happy in knowing that I can use the account.
I try my best to not get annoyed if I have to wait as crypto I have seen just in the last week has created many scammers and this has my attention to make sure it doesn't happen to me.

It was good at first when I originally signed up but was not able to withdraw my XDN coins when I wanted to sell them when they were worth a lot and are now only worth a little over $2 and still can't withdraw them as they have not updated their wallet system so I pretty much lost a lot of money due to their negligence would not and will not recommend them to anyone other then to stay away!

i made an web account in FreeWallet Website an i wanted to keep it near so i installed the android application,
when i wanted to login in the android application, i confess, i made a mistake and logged in using phone number, so it created a new account for me,
i had two different accounts, one on the Web and on the Android, that i thought they were the same!
i made some little BTC and put it in the android wallet, i wanted to transfer the money, but it didnt work, because my mail was not confirmed, so i went to change the id but i couldn`t, why ? because for some seq reasons free wallet doesnt let you change the email address from the android!
so i sent a ticket for help, they responded with an email that i should give them all kinda information and screenshots, so i did it,
now, i have the money in the account, and i cant reach it, and they didnt respond to my information

I was transferring 0.7186 bitcoins from Freewallet to another wallet account which was stopped after a few hours of transaction and after asking the support, they sent me an saying there’s nothing to worry about and reply ‘Yes’ to this email in order to agree to their "verification" procedure.
Then I answered "yes" to their email... what will happen if i say "no"?

Then I sent them the documents by replying to the same email

And so far they haven't answered me

I have been using Free Wallet wallet for almost two years, I lost my phone twice, so I called for support, and the documents they wanted to send are very difficult to solve.

Something weird I sent Theta new Coins to Freewallet Theta erc 20 address by mistake from 50 days now and I asked there support to help with fixing this they keep telling me that I suppose to wait for on every email.
The problem is I contact the Theta customer support and they offered to help the ly are trying to help me fixing this more than any one but Every time they send me a solution or they sent a solution to Freewallet support we don’t receive any answer from they technical that works on my case if there as any .
To this moment I lost more then 10000 euro from my coins value and I don’t really know if I will ever get them back.
The Theta customer support offered like 10 different solution to the issue but the Freewallet costumer support don’t want to help or maybe like they told everywhere that they already stole my money and they want me to wait and don’t say anything to any body maybe to Keep do this to others.
I already tried to contact the Interpol but the problem is opening a case with a A lawyer will cost a lot of money that I don’t have.
1- any have any idea ???? to help I would really appreciate this it’s a matter of life and death for me .
2- Anyone know any address to Freewallet head office in Estonia if there is one ?
3- any one knows If there is any coming event that they will be in so I can go there and fix this ones and for all.
