Great experience - Matthieu from FPF made a very tricky process (English couple, living in HK, buying house in France) much simpler and held our hand through the whole process up to acquisition and beyond. They find the best deals, remove a lot of the complexity and are very user friendly.

French Private Finance were extremely helpful, fast and reliable to deal with - enabling our property purchase in the Alps well beyond their core remit. They supported us finding and agreeing favourable terms with a major French lender and managed all parts of the process between languages (French/English) when we needed them to, and even called out some legal process points for us to consider. On top of that they were lovely people to work with. Totally recommend.

I speak French but do not understand the French mortgage process and applying for a mortgage on a property without one (equity release) is particularly challenging. Romeo and Matthieu helped guide us through to a successful conclusion. Highly recommended

Matthieu at FPF was extremely helpful all through the initial mortgage process - which was our first experience in France. He continues to be really responsive and helpful even now the mortgage is established. I'd definitely recommend them

We cannot rave enough about what a wonderful experience we had with Matthieu Ragon at French Private Finance. With what could have been a very stressful and murky undertaking, Matthieu held our hand through every part of applying for a mortgage in France and made everything go incredibly smoothly. The kind, personal, and proactive attention we received was not something we were expecting of the house buying process in France. We also used our financing to help finance some renovation expenses and I simply could not believe how easy French Private Finance made it all. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and have heartily recommended them to close friends.

I had no knowledge of French Private Finance prior to being introduced to them when I agreed to purchase a new build ski apartment, I am a a chartered accountant and a chartered financial planner and so I was hoping to receive advice and a level of service comparable to how my business has interacted with high net worth clients over many years - I was not let down. Romeo “held my hand” through the entire process especially as the French system for obtaining a mortgage is somewhat different to that in the UK. I would use French Private Finance again and would have no hesitation recommending my own clients or friends to Romeo

I just used FPF for the first time, to purchase a ski apartment in the French Alps. The service far exceeded any expectations that I might have held at the beginning of the process. They were instrumental in helping me through the very detailed and often confusing French mortgage application process. They were often relied upon to translate French documents and to show me how to correctly fill out banking forms. They provided all documentation to me in an easy to understand format and gave me constant progress updates throughout the application. I was prescribed a personal representative from FPM, Mr Janiak, who was incredibly reliable. Emails and telephone calls were responded to on every occasion and usually within 15 minutes. The service received was extremely professional and at the same time, friendly and personable. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending FPM to any person seeking to get a mortgage in France. They have my full gratitude

With no experience of navigating the French banking system, and very limited ability to speak French, the team at French Private Finance, and Konrad in particular, has made the process very simple. Infinitely patient with our questions, providing clarity on our choices and superb due diligence around the paperwork, we could not have done this without the support of French Private Finance. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We worked with Matthieu at French Private Finance for getting a French mortgage which was not straight forward in our case. He was always really helpful and provided timely advice to make sure that the mortgage application process went smoothly and were always available to assist to find us the best mortgage option plan. I would highly recommend to anyone considering to get finance for a property purchase in France.
