Very fast delivery. Received items earlier than I expected. I bought the soundbar 300 plus the bass module and the invisible 300 surround sound. Comparing the price to other websites online, I found Front Row Electric has the best price for the items. Just installed the system, it working great so far.

FrontRowElectronics shipped out my remote right away. The remote was exactly what i was looking for, for my Bose theater system. I received it faster than I expected and it even came with a battery in it. AWESOME service.

Front Row Electronics has the best brands in home theater sound systems and speakers. I like the Bose line the most and love the selection that FRE supplies. Their prices are always much lower than what the store offers and they give free shipping to seal the deal.

Although I was ready to pay with my VISA card I could not because I live in Canada even if I was getting the item delivered in thé US. Poor customer satisfaction. Will I come back? Not until your site is more friendly to customers from outside thé US.

Arrive 10 days after order placed. This item identically matches the remote that was lost. I am very satisfied.

For some reason or another when initial order was sent only one of the two items were sent out. I called them back on a sat. A very nice lady noted the discrepancy and although the "shipping" department was closed till Monday, they called me Monday morning an the rest of the order wAs shipped immediately. Received it Wednesday. Very please. Thanks guys

Bought a replacement charger for my Bose Soundlink after the first one was left on a trip. Item was as described, OEM, and shipping was quick. Saved me from having to buy a new speaker. Would definitely shop here again.

I ordered a sound dock for my IPod to go on this Bosses sound from Front Row Electronics on Oct 23, 2013. A week later they sent me an email asking me to write a review about my shopping experience. I thought that this was a strange thing to ask when I still have not received the item so I expressed it on the review comment. After posting the comment I received a phone call about 5 minutes late from Front Row Electronics asking me why I have not received the item because they were tracking it through USPS as having already been delivered. I told them that I had not received it and they said that USPS must have delivered it to the wrong address, so they sent me out another SoundDock iPod insert out to me that same day via Priority mail and that my signature required in order receive the item. They gave me a tracking number for the item through the USPS. Front Row Electronics said that the issue with USPS misplacing my package was out of there control and they apologized for the inconvenience. I received my SoundDock insert for my IPod the very next day. Front Row Electronics is a small Family run company that that looks out for their customers, whether they are regular or first time customers, they will do their best to help you get the item that you need. I recommend Front Row Electronics now to all my friends and family.

The item was available at a good price and was delivered quickly and in good condition (to Puerto Rico by USPS). The issue of my using different delivery and billing addresses was resolved by my paying with Paypal. There were several steps at which my order found have foundered, but we navigated past them all with ease. To show you how good you are -- I started with Amazon, which failed because I needed delivery to PR. I tried Tiger Direct, which could not cope with different billing and delivery addresses, unless I was at my billing address. I then found FrontRow and success.

After our cord mistakenly ended up being left in our summer home in MN, I bought a replacement cord from you thinking that it would allow us to again use our Bose SoundDock II here in AZ, which we enjoyed listening to last year. Result: We plugged in the cord, but the Bose would not work. I don't know why for sure, but it certainly looks to me like a faulty cord.
