BEWARE! Horrible company, non existent customer service/communication. Do not honor time lines nor actually send you the part ordered. 6/24/22 Ordered PCM, was to receive in 3-5 days after 7 days they told us they made a mistake & did not have the part. Told us if we SEND them the original PCM off my Jeep they would repair and re program it & we would receive it in 6-7 days but due to it being their mistake that they would expedite it & would be sooner. Sent us shipping label, mailed it, they received it 7/6/2022. When check status says it is still in programming (this is 7/19/22). Started calling can only get gals who answer phone, can tell you no updates, refuse to get a supervisor, state will check on it & call back same day but NEVER do. I can not get any information on the real status of my part, where it is or if I will ever get it back & they have my original part. I have sent multiple e-mails & called, nothing. At this point I believe they simply stole my part & my money. I filed some complaints with various agencies, one with the NY Better Business Bureau & found out that Flagship One Inc has had 2,753 complaints filed against them for all of the above & more! You can check & check various google pages with "real" reviews. They are the same & horrible experiences. This company posts only positive fake reviews on their actual website, do not buy into it. Research the company much more before ordering anything to save yourself the frustration! This company is a fraud. This has been a terrible stressful experience that I am still fighting just to get my own part back & a refund for the part they never sent & they will not respond to any e-mails or calls.

Crappy Product Worse Customer Service
Ordered a PCM for a 2012 Jeep wasn't told that it would take 3 weeks to ship it. When it was recived it didn't work it threw more codes than the one that was in the jeep. I sent it back and wasn't given the option of a refund the account representive is never available nor any managers. So still waiting for the Replacement unit after requesting a refund!

They are horrible to order from!!! I ordered a computer for my car almost 4 WEEKS AGO AND THEY STILL HAVE NO CLUE WHEN IT WILL SHIP! THEY "GUARANTEE" 8 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SOMETHING TO SHIP. I HAVE CALLED THEM 8 TIMES ABOUT MY ORDER ONLY TO GET THE RUN AROUND BY ROSE. I TOLD THEM I USE MY CAR TO PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY... THEY DON'T CARE! $500 FOR WHAT? TO BE LIED TO OVER AND OVER? HOW HARD IS IT TO PLUG IN The COMPUTER AND HIT PROGRAM??? THEN HOW HARD IS IT TO CHECK IT? DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I ordered a replacement ECU which took nearly three weeks to receive only to have it fail less than a year later. The warranty process has taken 3 weeks without any progress while my vehicle is accruing storage fees at the mechanics shop. Despite making 6 phone calls and being told my account manager is unavailable and they’ve placed me on the “priority list” I have not received a single response beyond a docusign message for an RMA request. If you have a spare vehicle that might be ok but beware if you are sourcing parts for a daily driver because this is unacceptable.

I buy a Ecu for my 2003 rav 4 they send me a bad one after 10 attempts to get someone to give me a return no one helped. So I mailed it back and called the bank one month later they changed my card again. Don't buy from them u will regret it

I purchased a pcm, I'm having an issue with it, they simply stopped responding to my questions and warranty process. I tried calling, was always on hold! I have sent multiple e-mails, no response. The ones they did respond to did not address my clear question and concerns. I will not recommend them. They happily take your money, then when an issues arises, nothing! Not cool!

Very unprofessional and ill equipped to handle any issues relating to their product. If you have any experience making purchases online or common sense, " which I wish I had before this purchase" it is obvious that any 5 star review is fake. I thought they had a good price that's why I got my ECM from them. Now I know why they are cheap. Just DO NOT buy from them.

Customer service is horrible and the ECU was dented when received. Wrote them two emails and still no reply after a month. It seems that they have ignored my emails. The package took way longer to arrive. I honestly feel scammed by their return policy (they have to RECIEVE the product back within 30 days of the purchase date). How is it physically possible to have the product returned and in their hands within 30 days when the product was delivered to me 4-6 days before the 30-day deadline. A true SCAM

The ordering process was easy. When I received the computer it was a simple plug and play. I did have to get a locksmith to program keys but instructions were provided. Very pmeased with my experience with FlagshipOne.

This company is bad news don't buy anything from them. They will take your money and start to play you ping pong game, you will not get them on phone, if you get somebody you will be kept on phone for more than two hours and at the end they will hang up on you. They will not ship your product, they will not reply your emails and you will not receive any phone call from them. This company is bad news, don't attempt to buy anything from them.

This has been the worst experience I have ever gone through with an American company.The account managers do not answer calls nor do they return them. They have nearly 300 cases with the better business bureau. My first part was faulty and its been a month that I sent back that part.Im still waiting for it to be sent out. Norah lied and say it was sent May 21st. Im still waiting. They created a shipping label but never sent the part out. Save your money, spend the extra and go somewhere else. The reviews on their site are not real.

I paid fs1 for a bcm 17 days ago and received nothing. When I contact them week after week they just tell me itll be shipping tomorrow but it's never sent All reviews on fs1 are either 1 star from actual customers or 5 stars from their employees. I have requested a refund and now they won't answer my emails or texts on the customer service site anymore. No bcm. No refund. How can this company continue to exist? If I don't hear from fs1 by Monday I'll file a report with the federal trade commission and local authorities.

This is the second computer that I have bought from Flagship One, Inc. The first one was for a 2004 Duramx LB7, this one was for a 1998 Chevrolet Express L31 Vortec. Both computers worked perfectly. Very Happy with Flagship One, Inc.

Your team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for sending me an email explaining which ECM/PCM was the correct one for my vehicle. I installed the ECM/PCM and programmed the keys and the vehicle started right up. The DTC's that were a concern did not return. I would definitely recommend you for ECM/PCM replacement when factory options are obsolete! Thank you very much!

Hello good Morning.
The relation to the pcm for a Mazda speed 3 model 2009, I tell you that excellent product, only vast reprogram the engine immobilizer system and it works perfectly, I highly recommend it even when I had a little distrust, but they are very reliable and good technical assistance only customs expenses and import petition was the only bad thing.

LARIZA L was awesome. I can’t remember the first sales lady I spoke to but she was great. Your team and company was fantastic. I have told all my mechanic friends about your guys. Some already knew Flagship One Amazing great company! The sales lady was so kind to give me a discount too! That really helped me out as we have a family of five. My mechanic took out the old computer and put in the new one and the SUV started right up and drives like brand new. Thank You!

This isn't the first I've used this company. Due to the Covid restrictions it did take a lot longer to get the module. That being said, the PCM we purchased worked great and was plug and play as promised.

I bought a PCM from them.. only worked for a month.. called to return took them 5 phone calls to send me a return label.. said my account manager no longer worked there and this is what cause the delay. They have now had the returned PCM for 3 weeks and they keep telling me that have to test it before they determine if it is faulty.. should take 2-8 days ..three weeks later can’t get an answer ..again my account manager is not available again ..

My original purchase of a pcm was a reasonable price. There were some longer then expected delays.. but somewhat reasonable.
The product itself may or may not have tested good ( I am waiting to hear back)
But long delays took place with a lacking of communication when I needed to return it.
This is where the customer service folks on line really shined! I may have been annoyed with FlagShip1 the company but the customer service folks were amazing and helpful.. kind and considerate.
When the replacement pcm arrives I hope to be happy..and there will be no need to contact them further but if I do I feel I will find a solution with THOSE good people
