Can’t remember having a worse customer experience. Ordered three matching items 3 months ago. One wasn’t in stock but was due to be in 4 weeks, so I asked if they could deliver other 2. They never said it wasn’t their policy to do so, they just did it. After several e-mails informing me of delay after delay for the third item, I gave up and asked them To collect the two items I’d already received and issue a full refund. They will only refund the outstanding item as I’ve had the other 2 longer than their returns policy allows, despite it being their fault, that I’ve waited so long. Terrible customer service. Complete farce of a company. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them.

This was the worst experience shopping online ever and I have bought a lot of furniture online without having any problems . The items shown on their web site as dining chairs in violet was presented as a dark violet- purple colour ,the chairs I received was totally different -bright violet . The customer service is just horrid- they refused to pick up the goods , they insisted that the goods were the same on the web site as what we received. Furthermore the quality is rubbish .

The fixings didn't work - the drawers didn't work on my cranberra sideboard its sooo flimsy - everytime I thought I had assembled it I picked it up and it fell to pieces and I had to start again. I wasted hours on it. Trying to contact anyone is impossible. Trying to get any response from your ticketing system is impossible. All that I get are multiple emails saying I am in the system but nothing gets resolved. Absolute rubbish. I definitely would not recommend this product or this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY chest of drawers arrived in over 400 parts. Spent 8 hours putting it together, only for some drawers to fall off the railings because they were too narrow. 5 weeks of email ping pong trying to get a refund, and finally thought I’d got it sorted when they emailed and said I had to remove my negative feedback before they’d give me the money. Reported immediately to trading standards. No refund every received.

Received Rusty, old, damaged dining table returned back but no refund more than week now. Don't buy from them they are horrible furniture is as rubbish as their customer service. Have taken legal action to get my money back big scammers

Avoid this company at all costs, they falsely advertise on their website. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across. And trying to get a refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

I really liked the Igma mirrored rotating shoe cabinet. But decided to check the reviews before ordering as I have never used furnitureinfashion.net before. Well, that has certainly put me off using this company. My search continues.

It is so horrible, I never have any thing as bad ever in my life. Half part is missing,some is opposite to many. It is fills like they were drunk when they put the order. Never have business with them!!! And after first half of order is arrived they sad second part of order will be deliver only month later! We are going to court to sue them. Some one have to stop them.

Issues: - The delivery The provider they used was awful, they expected to be able to deliver Monday to Friday and there was nowhere to collect the goods from. The driver didn't turn up the day it was meant to be delivered after my partner went through the stress and effort of getting 11:30 to 15:30 off at work. - Missing parts in the product so couldn't be built Two parts were missing and therefore, we had a half built tv stand in the living room. In the instructions there is no count of parts so there's no way of knowing if you have everything until you start building it. - Reporting the missing parts to be sent them You have to call their customer services to be sent a link to their 'ticket system'. Then you have to report the issue on their separately and give them every bit of information you can imagine- order number, price of the product, name of the product, date you ordered the product. It takes forever... Then you receive a ticket number and they insist on you sending them a copy of their instructions!! I.e. you have to scan a copy of their instructions?! Every time you 'communicate' with them you have to login to their ticket system which doesn't work. All of this is not worth the furniture, trust me.

Bad experience, the side board in the pic was light grey and I was wanting light grey so orederd, there were two packs to the item, I just opened the smaller pack to see and was really really disappointed as the colour was a very dark grey, so I packed it back and got in contact for a refund they wanted £60 to pick it up other wise I could arrange my own courier and if it got damaged then they would send it back to me, so I asked them to pick up even though it was their fault for false advertisement and should have covered the cost of pick up, I will never buy from them again, the whole process was frustrating. Ordered on the 5th Dec and got my refund back 27 January, their policie says refund is within 7 days. Deceiving colours on furniture.

They con you with the pick up charges, they send out the wrong colour then charge you £60/£80 to pick up, very bad service, don’t say you were not warned, bad experience.

received a dining table and chairs on the 30th march 2020 the chairs are all faulty zips broken no threads to hold the screws in place so are unusable contacted the company and have had nothing but ignorance since they refuse to resolve the problem instead have chosen to ignore the fact that I have 6 faulty chairs every email is ignored every phone call you speak to the same person who completely disregards the issue I have now proceeded with court papers to ensure they do not get away with this if a zero rating was an option I would have given this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company sold me good that were not anything like the items advertised and I have now spent hours and hours online and on the phone to their “wonderful” Customer service and someone called “frank”. Have you ever wanted to just reach down the phone and absolutely go crazy with anyone. Well this is what happens every time (and I’ve had to call hundreds of times). They sold me nearly £500 worth of goods which were advertised as grey and the colour showed a lovely light grey but when they arrived they were dark grey, almost black. We asked for a return and collection and was told we had to pay £80. This is no fair as the product is nothing like what we ordered. These clowns are just cowboys and need to be stopped. We are going to report to trading standards and continue to leave reviews until we get a refund. Absolute disgrace. Do not purchase from this company. They have said the colour is variable and within an acceptable range. Please see photos of items advertised online and the actual colour. They have told us that this is the inside of the unit but it’s not. We have sent photos and videos of both inside and outside. They just keep asking for one more photo of this or one more photo of that. Criminals that’s what they are stealing my money.
