They were helpful with delivery and used express service. The XDP PARCEL service then split the parcel and lost the main bit. However,there was good email communication and they gave there full attention to resolve the matter. Product was great quality.

First was told I would DEFINETELY have my dining room set by Thanksgiving NO PROBLEM.. Then, I was contacted and told the rep, "made a mistake" and forgot to include the bottom of the dining room hutch and it was another couple thousand $. Now, am told it's not even going to be available to you until end of November! I had a house fire and lost everything...am trying to rebuild my life as a single mom and this is the last thing I needed. All I know is I am not going to refurnish the rest of my house with FLS!!

I don't appreciate being told it's all the manufacturers fault.... This order was placed in August and I was told it was in stock.... that's a FLS process mistake.

Sharon Allen greeted us on arrival and she was spot on!
She took the time to listen to our needs and saved us a lot of wasted time in areas that just wasn't our taste or what we were looking for. She also went out of her way with follow up phone calls to make sure we were satisfied before the final step. That was extremely important to us as we did talk over and changed our minds a few times with color choices. Sharon was so patient and kind. We hope everyone that walks into Furniture Land South gets a "Sharon" to look out for them as with all the furniture it can get quite overwhelming. You see Sharon took that overwhelming element out of the picture completely.
Thank you so much for a great experience!
We will be back in the future!

I contacted Furnitureland South about a week before I was planning to go and through the online chat and was put with Rob Hart who helped me with some preliminary questions about booking a hotel nearby. Unfortunately, Rob was unavailable the day we went, so he partnered me with a colleague, Rick Amos, who was a great fit for my shopping style. Rick met me when I arrived, asked me a few questions and listened when I said I wanted to browse for a bit. He allowed me my space to explore. I sent him pics of what I liked or wanted him to save for me via text and then when I needed more intense support for what I was looking for he was happy to guide me. I found just what I was looking for (and more) in one (long!) day and Rick was always available to look up sizes, styles, etc. and was quick to find us if we needed in-person help. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

For 20 years, my family has been buying furniture from Furnitureland South but this was the first time, I actually was at the store. The consultants are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
The store has floors and acres of furniture.

I ordered a table lamp on September 18, 2017. I wanted to have the lamp in place for a Christmas party we were having the second week in December. On October 5, I received the following email -

"I have received word from Bramble that the lamp is in production however at this time, the completion date is not expected until Jan 1.
We understand this may be a gift and wish we had a better estimated time of delivery.
I have attached a Bramble lamp we have in the outlet center if you felt you needed to make a return/reselect. The only issue with the return is the order has been accepted and in production at Bramble therefor a 1/3 return fee would apply.
I’m sorry to share the bad news."

I was not informed at the time of placing the order about a return fee being charged if I cancelled the order. I did not particularly like the lamp that Furnitureland South had in stock. I decided to keep the order open and hope that the lamp would arrive in time for our Christmas party as I did not want to pay the return fee, which would have been almost $100.

On January 4, 2018, I still had not received the lamp nor had I heard anything from anyone at Furnitureland South. I sent an email to my Design Consultant inquiring about the status of my lamp. I received the following reply -
"Bramble has sent the lamp to us, we should be receiving it any day. Our delivery team will prepare it for a USPS delivery shortly thereafter receiving. I would expect it in your home in the next few weeks."

I received the lamp almost two weeks later.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Furnitureland South. I have ordered several other pieces from Furnitureland South and was always extremely satisfied. The customer service was always very good, the merchandise always arrived in excellent condition and in a very timely manner. I feel I should have been informed of the return fee when the order was placed. I was not. I feel that the design consultant, or someone, should have been in touch with me throughout the whole process. The only time I ever heard anything after October 5 was if I initiated the contact. The customer service on this transaction was nearly non-existent. Also, when the lamp did arrive, it was not in perfect condition. Although it has a distressed finish, there are at least three places on the lamp where the finish has not taken or it "broke" off. I considered returning the lamp but after the agonizing process of getting it, I decided to have my faux finishing lady repair the blemishes.

I am extremely disappointed in Furnitureland South, in my design consultant, and in Bramble Company. I expected better from Furnitureland South, and I know they are capable of providing much better service. Shame on you.

I have ordered from Furnitureland South more than once online but this was the first time we went to the store. What a surprise! First of all, to see that huge dresser when you pull up tells you you came to the right place. Once inside is another story. Our sales consultant, Deidre, worked with us for quite a while to make sure we got exactly what we came for and that we loved our purchase. Then there is a snack bar that you can sit and enjoy a drink or snack while your sales consultant writes up your order. Deidre then came to us and went over everything on the receipt and made sure we understood and that we had no questions. Since I have ordered twice before and had the furniture delivered to our home, I can tell you delivery is top notch! The 2 men were so nice and pleasant, they set up everything, made sure it worked and there wasn't a nick or scratch on a thing. I highly recommend Furnitureland South and ask for Diedre. She was the best!

Made two trips trips the first one we spent several hours looking at sofa’s when we found one we wanted to purchase but could not find anyone who would help me check out and pay for it. Was near the end of the day felt like they just wanted to close. We live 70 miles away and were coming back to area in a few days so we decided to look elsewhere and if we didn’t find something else we would come back. We returned on 10/16 we told salesperson at front desk we knew what we wanted and we went with her to show her the sofa then spent a considerable amount of time with her looking for ottomans and side chairs. We could not find what we were looking for and she said she would continue to look for us and keep in contact. I gave her my information to pay for sofa and after several minutes she said that sofa was “on reserve” when I asked what that meant she said it had been sold and should have been marked as sold. She made several calls to see what she could do. We waited several minutes and finally we decided to leave and she promised to call in a few minutes to let us know status, she had my debit info and could do purchase transaction after we left. After a couple of hours I called left message and emailed salesperson with no response. I called and left message for a supervisor to call still to this day have never received call from supervisor. After getting home we spent several hours looking on line for same sofa we found and purchased, we also purchased ottoman, two side chairs, two end tables and rugs. The next day I got return call from salesperson saying that sofa was now available we went ahead and purchased and canceled sofa purchased on line because we liked color better. Not upset with salesperson as much as I’m annoyed that you would have something on floor for sale that is not available but mostly ticked off about not getting return call when I asked for one from manager/supervisor. When a customer is not satisfied and wishes to express that to someone in charge and can’t get a return call it shows total lack of care.

We did 5 local furniture stores, it was great to go to one location and see it all! Kristin is great, we exchanged e-mails, she answered my many questions and she guided us through color and finish choices. This last purchase was our third and we will be back.

Selection, store, and layout is fantastic, but we decided to purchase a few accessories and the process took about 30 minutes. We asked where we could check out with the vases we were purchasing and we were directed to the front desk. When we got to the front desk we were told they couldn't do that and we needed to find a salesperson (there are dozens roaming the place with purses, portfolios, and tablets). They didn't seem to want to be bothered with such small potatoes compared to a furniture sale. When we finally got someone, it was an absolutely unbelievably complicated process which involved them scanning the tags with their smartphone, someone else coming up and taking the vases away for about 15 minutes to wrap them, the salesperson taking down name, address, phone, blood type, etc., then going away for 10 minutes or more to enter all that and print an invoice, come back to get our credit card, go away for another 5 minutes, and then come back and bag up the vases. Geesh! Next time we'll just see if we can find them online and save everyone the hassle! For furniture, I'd imagine they know what they're doing. For accessories, I don't know, try Pier 1, Home Goods, Kirklands, or anyone else who is set up to efficiently process a sale and just browse Furnitureland South.

Generally I found everything from payment to scheduling a delivery time easy to deal with however was disappointed that 3 of 6 chairs had issues with finish. The company was great and drivers took them right back. . .though I've still heard nothing from the company about apology, repair or redelivery. That being said the good chairs are beautiful and I was generally happy that I they were willing to remedy the issue.

We walked in on a Saturday, met Jennifer Caldwell who listened to our needs. She showed us exactly what we needed. Purchased the furniture on the spot. It was delivered by Tuesday. We can not be happier.

I ordered a dresser 11 days ago and have not heard any word on when to expect a phone call to schedule delivery. It is annoying to be asked for review when I haven’t even received an email about shipment.

Our 10 months nightmares. After the sales associates take your order, he or she not longer handle your and when they try to assist you, the customer service doesn’t allow them to correct or take care the mistake or damaged furniture piece. The customer service is one the worse. We had to wait over 10 months to address the damaged pieces and still was not able to keep it what we ordered because it turned in to back and forward trip to our home with not success and fix or correct the damaged furniture. All these trips in and out in our home caused by the cruise’s shoes damaged the wood floor. We have to sent many pictures, called reapetly to customer services and email constantly. Very hard to contact the assistant signed to help us. Reapetly, asked for managers to address the problem. Finally after over 10 months customer services address some of the problem and we lost money. Customer services keep all warranty plans we purchased for the pieces and also kept a % don’t remember if was 10 or 20% of our money. Very sad because during that time I was going to different medical on my back and this bad representation of Furnitureland customer support or services made more difficult. I thanks my Lord because the nightmares is over. Also, prayed that not other customer/person has to go through a situation like our.

I recently purchased some patio furniture and a living room cabinet from Furnitureland South. Sarah Stickler was excellent to work with from start to finish. She took the time to help me make sure the size and finishes of the furniture would work well with my home. She had a very good command of the different furniture companies that could offer furniture that would be high quality, functional and beautiful for my home. She was knowledgeable, dependable, patient and responsive to my emails and calls. She helped keep the expense down for me too, which I appreciate. I am eagerly awaiting my new purchases. I had the pleasure to work with Angela Six and Caroline Youngdale to furnish all rooms of a 4 bedroom house. Preliminary conversations were through emails and phone. I visited the store and in one day was able to select and purchase all pieces. Angela and Caroline were fantastic! They knew what I wanted and were able to direct me to the right pieces without "blowing" the budget.
Great way to spend a day and buy furniture.

We visited FLS for the first time a few years back to buy furniture for our living room, dining room and breakfast area. I had sent an email to our consultant Jennifer Caldwell to let her know what we are looking for. She understood our needs and taste (as well as our budget) and took us straight to the appropriate areas. We were in and out of the place in about 3.5 hrs and found everything we needed. Fast forward to October 2017. We are remodeling the bedrooms and are in need of new MBR furniture. I contacted Jennifer again and set up a time to meet us. Again, we were impressed by her knowledge of the various manufacturers and she helped us find the perfect MBR furniture in no time. It is clearly worth to take the time to drive there! We will be back!
