A group of us had a server on another service provider for Conan Exiles, they changed our IP Address and didn’t tell us after having the service for 60 days. When we figured it out and updated everything on our PCs and none of us could log on, nor update Mods. We sent in a ticket and after 3 days of still not hearing anything I called, let just say sending in the ticket was more helpful.
So I looked for a new provider, G-portal. Setting it was fairly quick and straight forward. I sent out the new server information to the group and logged on. Everything seemed to be in order.
As members started logging in an issue arose, as someone logged in, it would kick the person online out of game. I thought great, not even 24 hours and we are having issues. I sent in a ticket explaining what was going on and waited. A few “hours” later, not days, I got a reply and a solution to the issue.
Needless to say we are up and running with no issues, it only took a short time for them to fix the issue. They were prompt, friendly and concerned about our needs.
Thank you G-portal for restoring our faith in Customer Service.

I communicated directly with the CEO of the company (unbeknownst to me at the time), and due to the language barrier I incorrectly assumed that the person responding to my ticket was not taking my concerns seriously, and that they were acting rudely. Because of this, I became quite frustrated and immediately threatened him and his company by making our conversation and my issue public on social media, and recommend that others (my friends) who were involved with the situation do the same. After not receiving a response (not knowing the gentleman was located in Germany) I took to Facebook and shared the same threat with another gentleman, who managed their US servers/social media/ etc. After speaking with him, it became quite clear that I had contacted the wrong person to handle my problem, and that they really did care about resolving the issue promptly.
The day after contacting the US offices, the situation had been completely handled and both the CEO (based in Germany) and the manager of the US branch had gone far and above my original request, despite my deliberate action to respond as aggressively as possible, and even go as far as to threaten the livelihood of their business.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone. It seems as though it might be a relatively small operation, and because of that, they might not respond as quickly as you'd like them to. Regardless, it became quite clear to me that they genuinely respect and appreciate the community of consumers that support them, and more than that, they have a genuine interest in ensuring your expectations are more than met.
I hope these guys do well, and scale profitably. 10/10 would use again, and recommend.
