I too, received the wrong and looking back, it's no wonder since G&C is located in NY After reading other reviews, i will not even attempt to return the wrong item... but merely eeeee my displeasure & expect no response. Since the item was under $10.00, i will simply chalk it up to experience. For those interested, I ordered the CSA 1st National Flag & received the Confederate Battle Flag... an understandably irritating symbol to some (due to bad education).

Fine items. Greatly priced. No problems until now. Sent me a wrong item but it seems it's my responsibility to fix their error. Had to choose between keeping wrong item with no use as it did not fit and spending my money and postage for their error. Chose the latter. Of course there's a policy on timing for returns and they're running out the clock. Left the package sit for two weeks. No contact. Of course they have the original money spent on the item and I'm not hopeful I will get it back by the way they operate. No wonder they don't have a customer service phone number. I'm going to drop them the way I dropped Nine Line Apparel and LA Police Gear.

THIS OUTFIT HAS NO CLUE AS TO WHAT EXPEDITING AN ORDER OUT THE DOOR IS. 10 DAYS FROM NEW YORK TO MICHIGAN IN THIS CENTURY IS UNEXCEPTABLE! ONE CUDDA MADE THAT DISTANCE IN A GREYHOUD BUS EASILY... I'VE YET TO SEE WHAT THE MERCHANDISE LOOKS LIKE... ASSURDEDLY IT'S PROBABLY NO BETTER THAN THE 'ATTENTION TO DETAIL" THESE CLOWNS PROFESS.

I mistakenly ordered 1 of 3 T Shirts, and sent a correcting Email within 1 hour after ordering. I sent the wrong shirt back within 2 days after receiving it, with copy of my correcting Email when they were ordered. I have since sent several emails and have not received a reply from Gadsen & Culpepper. In one email sent, I offered to pay them the cost of shipping, if that was the reason for ignoring my correspondence. They apparently lack integrity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM.

Buyer Beware! I tried to exchange a shirt for another size. I followed all of the guidelines listed on their website. Tracking shows that they did receive the shirt back. They have never responded to multiple emails and they will not give me my money back. I even offered to pay any additional shipping cost for sending the correct shirt out. Still, nothing. There are other companies that sell the same products and are legitimate businesses. Gadsden & Culpeper is not! Literally no customer service at all! AVOID THESE THIEVES!

I too made an On-Line order to this company. The items I received were NOT as expected either in quantity or grades of material (T-SHIRTS, etc.) I have been attempting to contact the company via SEVERAL DIFFERENT TEL. #'s that they list on-line, but NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE and E-Mails to them are not acknowledged nor answered. So far I am VERY unhappy with this company ESPECIALLY the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. It makes for a reasonable assumption that it is NOT a LEGIT COMPANY, but someone selling products out of a garage, somewhere. Until and Unless I get a reply from "THEM", I would suggest staying away from ANY ordering from them... Good Luck.

I have never been disrespected more by a company then from the owner of Gadsden and Culpeper American Heritage Shoppe, Ltd. I am a firearms business in PA and I am always looking for new items to sell to my customers and when I saw that Gadsden and Culpeper American Heritage Shoppe, Ltd had some American flags and American themed items. I had sent in a starter order to the company for just about $400 and the company offers a dealer discount of 50%. Mind you this was just a started order to see how my customers respond to the items ordered. I ordered a few $#*!s, some stickers, and car decals. I sent the order in on Jan 18th 2013, I got an email back two days later on the 21st saying what the total was, with no detailed invoice of break down on shipping or itemized receipt like a normal business would send. I sent the payment out via PayPal on again the 21st. I get an email on the 23rd asking me what my shipping address was. My shipping address was on the PayPal payment I sent and on the order I sent in as well. Less than two hours later that same day the owner sent me another email asking what shirts I wanted, I had made and sent in a detailed invoice to the owner with the item numbers and sizes and quantities requested, so it seems that again the owner overlooked these important details twice now. Now being a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business I try and find my customers the best product at the lowest price, so when I saw that on their website they off free shipping for orders over $100 I sent this email asking for an invoice and just asking about the free shipping to see what the dealers get. "Hey Pat, I was hoping if you could send me a detailed invoice with the shipment. I see on your site that if you order over $100.00 there is free shipping. Does this not include your dealer network? Just looking over the numbers. I ordered $392.48 worth of product and if the dealers get 50% off that takes it down to $196.24 and I was charged $250. So was shipping $53.76? I'm sure this is all in the invoice. Thanks for clearing this up as the boss was wondering where the numbers came from. Now this is the email that I got back from the owner pretty much attacking me. "We get scores of orders bigger than what you ordered by individuals on the website every single day at full cost So if you want your tiny "wholesale" order to ship today at $250 Let me know If not. I will refund you back the paypal $ and not ship I don't send detailed invoices it's in the emails If your boss has a problem with this, He can end our relationship with us, and take our items off his site. Looks like he easily stole our images and text. Which quite frankly I'm not too happy about Without special permission from me. And now I have to waste god damn time nickel and diming? So email me and let me know to ship or not to ship I personally would rather re-stock what I have packaged in the box The email back from you is either: SHIP or DO NOT SHIP AND REFUND $ Patrick Owner" All I had done was ask a few questions and this is how they treat a business owner that is trying to bring them more income? I was already to place an order worth over $4000 with this company since the test products have already been presold out. The images the owner Pat is referring to were not take off of his site, they were taken off of http://Google.com since they are not the only company selling these kinds of products. Now after been treated like this I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. They are disrespectful and should be ashamed to treat people like me that are just trying to buy a product and put money if there pocket.

I love my country. America, usa i have several idoms from gadsden -culpeper, just got some american flags made in china. I dont love china. American flags or any other product should be made in america, otherwise whats the point? Very dissapointed. Will go to american made only. God bless america

As a repeat customer, I have finally come to find out what a fly by night organization this company is. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Received a wrong order and returned items. Have contacted them 3 timed via email (only way to contact). NO RESPONSE. Advertised products "Made in USA", actually made in China. This repeat customer will not return.

I purchased 9 of the ar15 grim reaper patches to give out to some gentlemen that I associate with. Was a little apprehensive about the patches because they were priced much lower than similar patches from other sites. Received the patches very quickly and was more than pleased with the quality, very good stitching, heavy duty velcro backing. Will definitely be ordering more products

I will never purchase from Gadsden Culpeper again. I ordered two fitted caps and I accidentally ordered the wrong size and now it's like pulling teeth trying to get customer service to contact me. Needless to say, I. Done with these incompetent people.

buyer beware ! most shirts are cheap imports...marketed as made in usa ! very misleading. below is my email with response from the owner when i questioned his return policy. i will leave out the f-word he used !!! Me : I received my order this week.... I am a little disappointed. I thought all of your shirts were made in the usa. The first few I bought were and after washing and drying they fit perfect.... The three I just received are from 3 different countries and I can tell already that after I wash and dry them they wont fit right. I wish your web site stated clearly which shirts were imports and which were actually made in the usa. Can I return the 3 I just received ? Owner Patrick : Funny. I am about to write out a check for 62 thousand dollars to our local screen printer company Here in upstate NY That is our last month bill They employ 17 people ... full time with benefits Send your *ucking shirts back Patrick Owner

This company must be ran by the most low down lousy SOB you can imagine. I had a shirt missing from my order and emailed this moron twice trying to get it resolved. I waited for weeks with no response from either inquiry. What a loser that runs this business. Glad I paid with PayPal because I WILL get my money back from this CROOK. Folks don't waste your time on this scumbag and find the items you want SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I ordered several items and thorder was screwed up. I was missing a Gadesen Patch, a 8X10 inch decal was damaged and unusable on my truck, I received a SMALL shirt instead of 2X. I have sent NUMEROUS emails with NO response. I had to hunt down their phone number (518) 982-1449 I let the phone ring for over one minute, with NO answer. I strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this company. I am a 20 year Army veteran, I will make sure my business are aware of them

The "historically accurate" flag I purchased was certainly not and obviously different from the one advertised on their website. Despite having proof that the items I returned were received, I have not received a refund. They do not answer emails or phone calls or respond to complaints. In fact, the BBB of NY shows 8 unanswered complaints filed against them, and there are many others online. This is a fraudulent business that should, in fact, be prosecuted.

I ordered a hat for my husband for father's day a few months ago. It was too large. I contacted the company and they responded very promptly giving me instructions on how to send the hat back to exchange it for a smaller size. I did exactly what they told me, gave them a couple of weeks and did not receive the correct size back. To this date, 15 emails later, I have not gotten a single response. I am disgusted. I find it very inappropriate for them not to even have a customer service number. The only way you can contact them is through email. I have spent a decent amount of money on this site previously over the past years on this site and have had no issues. I am not as much upset about the money as I am completely upset about the lack of customer service.

I ordered a Veterans exempt flag and the one I received wasn't like the one shown on their website. I sent two emails showing photos of the differences and no one contacted me back. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from G&C. Horrible customer service.

I found this site while looking for a tactical hat with velcro tabs for interchangeable patches. I thought I got a great deal until I received the wrong hat and tried to get the one I ordered. I was told the hat I received was the right one even though it clearly wasn't. I asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the wrong hat and they could send me the right one. All I got as a response was a refund for the hat. After persisting that I really wanted the hat I ordered, I am now being ignored. They even went so far as to recall their sent mail from my inbox... Seriously? Very unprofessional!

I've probably spent about $400-$500 with Gadsden and Culpeper over the past 6 years. I've always liked their designs, but this was my first experience with "customer service" and trying to make a return. My latest order was for 4 shirts and one of them had an off-center print. I took a photo of the shirt and emailed them. I did not receive a response. On their website, I found instructions for returns and I sent the shirt back (at my expense) with a note explaining the reason for the return. The return needed to happen within 21 days after receiving the item, and it did - the post office confirmed delivery at the company's PO Box. I emailed again and informed them that my return was delivered. Still, no response. Again, I emailed about a week later and got the same result (no response). Ironically, I did get a marketing email stating that if I ve the company a review on their website, I would receive 10% off on my next order, lol. I don't think I'll be taking them up on the discount (as I will not order anything from them again) but I am still more than happy to do a review. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed a order for two shirt June 22nd. It was never delivered and shipping status change to Delivered Usps sent another notification July 6th that it was delivered (return to sender). I emailed Gadsen and Culpepper numerous times to correct this all with no response... These people are crooks and a joke... selling cheap Chinese crap with patriotic American insignia or slogans,,,, Save your money and shop elsewhere.
