First, I was told that the free lenses promotion was going to last up to a certain date by a sales representative. Then Gaffos created a new sales promotion and terminated the free lense promotion prior to the date I was given. Fortunately, the Gaffo representative that I spoke with was able to get me approved for the free lense promotion if I placed my order that day. I placed my order through the free lense promotion. However, I received a subsequent telephone call within which I was informed that the frames that I had selected were mistakenly described as being eligible for prescription lenses. In other words, I was offered an opportunity to select other frames. However, I was so disappointed that I chose not to place another order. I had searched long and hard for frames that I liked and was so disappointed that I just could not go through that effort again.

This is my fourth pair of eyeglasses from Gaffos and they are just as wonderful as the first! Pricing is wonderful, prescription is on point and I always get a ton of compliments! Love em!

I tried to buy 2 times and they didnt approve I called my bank, they approved my purchase the Gaffos Didnt it.

Bought a glasses on February 7h, paid for priority shipping usps, should have been delivered on feb 11th but it hast, it’s been 8 days and still dont receive my glasses, very disappointed, gaffos says there’s nothing they can do about it.

Gaffos had the eyeglass frames I loved and lost two years ago. My optometrist didn’t carry the brand any more. I received them within days of ordering. So happy to have this pair of glasses again.

I've purchased from Gaffos twice in the last 6 months...mostly due to negligence on my part. The purchase was uneventful, which is the way it should be, and shipped promptly. There really is no reason to step into the mall for sunglasses.
