Customer service is always top notch, with replacements when some of the mail order stuff isn't as planned. All purchases in the last year though have been delivered on time, with all stuff inside. Nothing missing, no damage, and no mistakes. Good stuff.

Great service, arrived when expected, kept in contact with me throughout the process of delivery. Bought several pieces for my son for his birthday, unfortunately one of the pieces had bits missing off it. My son contacted them and within the week he had a replacement, we couldn't ask for more. Will be buying more very soon.

Paul is a wonderful guy and has really helped me with this hobby. I love coming into the store, he's so welcoming and really makes doing this hobby fun. It's a great atmosphere and a lovely place to do some hobby.

Been using GM for years... The one I go to is awesome, staff have become my friends over time. They aren't all the same, but there's nowhere else like GM.

As a long time player of Warhammer 40k (since the days of Rogue Trader!) and Necromunda, I love Games Workshop because they make the products I like. But I love them from afar, as their shop staff are constantly annoying you if you go in, their website is poorly designed and their products at full retail are way, way overpriced.

Even if you pre-order something, most companies would make an effort to get it to you on the day of release or very shortly thereafter. Not GW. They won't ship their pre-orders until after the product has been released, which means you are likely to receive your order after people who ordered from 3rd party resellers, and pay around 20% more for the privilege. They will also flat out lie to you if you ask them whether they've shipped pre-orders or not.

The products themselves are generally good, but buy them from one of the (many) available dicount sellers, because they are hugely overpriced and you get no better service from buying direct from Games Workshop.

As a Games Workshop & Forgeworld purchaser since the late 90's I had thought I had become immune to their substantial price increase's over the years as normal. However, the recent price gouging done to international buyers by Forgeworld is unconscionable. Price increase's of 20%-48% with no warning has simply reinforced the GW stereotype of screwing the customer. I will take my money else where, until they realize they can't continue to take advantage of the 75% of their base marketed outside of the UK

I ordered $527 dollars of Warhammer 40k minis. My order ended up across the country from me and i received someone else's order for LOTR minis. They shipped all my stuff same day with express shipping and included 2 miniatures i tried to order earlier (that were out of stock) for free. Furthermore they let me keep the LOTR order as the closest place to re-ship them is a hour away from me. Awesome customer service and a quick response to my issue!

Products price / quality can be discussed, but since this site is all about the service they deliver I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars. Staff is always friendly and they react fast in case of miscasts or other problems with the order. Always enjoy contacting GW.

Customers who shop in your store like to do so without being hassled 3 times in 10 minutes by staff .. For this reason left the store without purchasing anything, Very Expensive and certainly not worth the money found cheaper though Amazon UK

So 10 days it takes them to reply to you which is okay... However... They then take another 10 days to reply and then yet another 10 days after that. They typed in my address wrong and what should have taken no time at all to ship the order took waaay longer. Their customer service ignores you too and dodges questions. Their sole goal is to take your money. They hike up their prices after a pandemic to counterbalance the promo vouchers they gave out. Careful of this shady company. Boycott is in effect for me personally...

I can't believe that after 20 years I would still be buying warhamme for my oldest son. Even more suprised it was from the very first set we started him on. War hammer 40000. Ordered on the sunday night. 3 days later, it was here. Brilliant. Packed really well. Just what I ordered.
