The Precision technician, Brett Crayne, was very helpful. We had two garage door issues and both were repaired or corrected quickly. When one door needed a part that Brett did not have on his truck, he found the necessary part in another location, drove to get the part and repaired the second door within a short amount of time. Brett is a wonderful Precision representative and model for professionalism and technical ability. Thank you!

Kenny was the technician - explained everything - gave me some options and we went with the lifetime warranty. Reasonably priced even though I didn't get quotes - the price seemed appropriate for something that should last around 23 years :). He arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend Kenny and the company.

Hello: I could not comment on two of the survey questions as the appointment was for selection and pricing only. The Sales/Door tech. was very informative and explained everything so that I might convey to my husband who was not available for appointment. I loved the doors chosen, but thought they were somewhat pricey and it's something we need do further research on. "Maybe that's what garage doors cost these days"? There was a mention in advertisement about discount in dollars that was never mentioned during appointment. ??? Maria C. Hewston

Technician arrived when he said he would. Performed general inspection and completed the repair professionally. Educated me as to potential issues with the door system and provided estimated costs to replace the builder's low end equipment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and done on very short notice. I would definitely recommend this company

The repair technician arrived at the scheduled time. He very quickly identified the problem and was able make our garage door opener work without replacing any parts. Even though he got the system working he discussed various repair options because the system is relatively old and will probably need to be replaced in the not too distant future. I couldn't be more satisfied with my whole experience with Precision Door of Charleston.

Outstanding service! Excellent response time. They were on top of it. Service tech got right to work and fixed the issue without hesitation. He was very well informed about the product and clearly explained all the options. There was not a minute wasted and my garage door issues were 100% resolved with quality.

We had a breakdown in our door where it would only partially raise. This happened very suddenly. When we disconnect the door to raise by hand it was extremely heavy. We knew this was uncommon based on other disconnection on storm power outages. Precision was able to come on the day after we called early in the morning and diagnose the problem (broken spring thus the heaviness of door) and repair some other maintenance concerns. Ken was very professional and did a great job on everything.

The door was an excellent choice. I priced and questioned other garage door companies. None equaled your quality and willingness to spend more than a few minutes explaining the product. I have only had one issue which was a (duh moment on me) and was called very quickly by the vendor and solved the problem over the phone. I would highly recommend your company. You weren't the cheapest but your product and warranty are far superior to the others.

Had broken spring, that prevented me from opening garage door. Service Tech contacted me earlier than scheduled and waited until I arrived. After viewing the situation, he recommended an overhaul. Since the door was installed inn 1989, thought that was a excellent suggestion, He proceeded to replace drum.roller and etc. Have not had any problem. He did an excellent job. Thank you

Called on a Friday afternoon and they set up an appointment on the very next morning which was Saturday. He called and said he could come earlier than the appointment time which worked out great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I wanted to know very well and had the garage door spring replaced and working right in less than 2 hours. Very pleased with the service!

Garage door repaired. Told it might need replacing. Two months later-same problem (wouldn't open) but was fixed "temporarily"--which only lasted 2 days. Meanwhile, had ordered and paid first $400 for new door, which would be installed "after it came in--our delivery day is Tuesday" It was a Thur.. Called Tues.--no door. Would be in in two weeks. Called-no door; would be in the next week. Finally got to your Cola. warehouse (?) this Tues. and will be installed on Friday afternoon. A full month after it was initially ordered. This was no "specialty" door--simple white panels, single car garage, a height extension. I await tomorrow afternoon to see what happens. By the way, the "Supervisor" on my last call (Jessica?) was extra nice and deserves recognition.

The young man who did the install worked effectively and used his time wisely. It is very noticeable that the garage door opens and closes with very little noise. He said he would return the next day to install a sealing strip and he did as promised. I was impressed with his effectiveness and I am pleased with the motor and parts I paid for. I recommend your company and product without reservation.

Jeremy was right on time. He even called ahead to let me know that he was on the way. He was fast, efficient and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing, all of the options and how to use them, and he made sure that I had a clear understanding of how everything worked. Formerly purchased new garage door with garage door opener from company. Over the 3 years we continued to own home the product was reliable and the installation and maintenance service was outstanding. Now living in another state but called and worked with Amy in Charleston SC office to purchase and have installed a garage door opener for my sister's home in that area. Andrew Pope arrived several days later, evaluated need and installed product and confirmed all details with me long distance. My sister is very pleased and so am I. Highly recommend this company and the personnel.

The response time from entering info to the website and receiving a call for appointment was 10 minutes. Andrew showed up on time today and evaluated both doors for possible replacement, did a tune up repair on my main door, and advised me of cost to replace the opener on my other door. He was very professional and courteous. He left me with brochures for new doors along with estimates. I really appreciated the service he provided.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Precision Door Service, for once! after talking with the Precision Tech I did not feel anxiety about the service I was going to receive and knew it was being taken care of professionally by Kenny. Lightning fast response from my trouble call to service! The technician arrived on time and represented you very well and very professionally. He was friendly, focused, prepared, knowledgeable, and efficient. Although I opted for the expensive repair option with new heavy duty springs and rollers on a double wide door, it now operates like new and the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime warranty was worth the extra cost. I'll recommend Precision Door without hesitation at every opportunity.

We contacted Precision Door in need of help for our garage door. Our door had practically fallen apart all at once the day before. Precision Door was professional all the way through the process, from the initial phone call through the technician who performed the work. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and gave me an appointment for the day after I called. Kenneth Moore arrived at the appointed time and was very professional and found the problem immediately. He had what was needed to fix my garage door opener and it was working properly in no time. He could not have been any more helpful and was a delightful person. I would definitely call Precision again and request Kenneth Moore to fix any problems with my doors.
