Beware of this companies special offers and website. We ended not getting the plants we ordered and paying more than the offer we used. Tried using their customer service and it was a waste of a phone call and my time. My advice is avoid at all cost and send their emails to SPAM !!!

Email received 12 or 13 th March
14/3/20 ordered £40+ Inc. FREE peony & 6.99 p/p

Phoned 15/3 could add to order but not allowed
Why was I not told if special offer which came in the post next day

U knew it was available when I made the order

NO FREE PEONY ARRIVED WITH DELIVERY so will not use u again until I get my free peony

The two parcels I ordered arrived in good condition one of the parcels contained 3 tubs and seed potatoes I'm really impressed of the quality of the tubs they are really sturdy also have handles which is great I hope to place more orders in the future

I ordered my standard lilac trees on Monday, they were dispatched on Friday and arrived the following Tuesday evening at 9pm, due to the corona outbreak the yodel delivery left them outside the electric gates at the bottom of the road and I had to walk down and collect them from outside he gates, they were quite heavy and the box was damaged. Upon opening a lot of the compost had displaced out of the pots and one of the pots was smashed, compost was luckily still quite damp. The trees were a little bit damaged and one of the trees had noticeably less branches than the other, fingers crossed it will catch up, but I would have expected a quicker delivery for the price paid for delivery.

Arrived in good condition BUT only 10 plugs not 12 do not know which colours are missing!

I only received 6 instead of the 12 ordered.
I notified Garden Bargains, who are investigating, I'm waiting for a response.

took the order quickly enough, and emailed to say it had been despatched and would be with us in 3 days. 8 days later and still no order and no response from their customer services. As order contains live plants, really not sure I want them now.

I have ordered many plants from Garden bargains and not once been disappointed.Once again my plants arrived in great condition and I’ve potted them on ready for my baskets.Plants arrived in good time also.I recommend them to anyone who loves a good deal and beautifull plants.Thanks again.

All plants were well packed and arrived in very good condition by courier,3 days from being sent out.

As I have still not received the potato kit having ordered and payed for it on March 24th and in my disappointment I can not rate it anything but bad.
I would appreciate if you would look into this matter as I cannot even get through on any any of my numerous telephone calls.

Compost delievered (firstpart of one order, srill waiting 12 days now for 2nd part) courier left the huge box on drive and walked away, no ringing of doorbell, no knock on the door - he did not care if anyone was home. The box could easily have been stolen - reported to garden bargains and still waiting for reply. I shop with GB often but I am disappointed in the lack of customer service with this (substantial) order Iplaced. I have no idea when my plants/shrubs will arrive as no one has replied to my messages.
