I ordered from Garden buildings,no problem, then there was an issue with communication but I needn't have worried as they couldn't have been more accommodating and made up for the miss communication with prompt action, I couldn't be happier with both the quality and professional workmanship I received this was 29th October 2019 I would recommend this company to anyone, everyone who expects equality and great value for money, when looking for a Garden building, thanks again guys...

Had a shed 1 year ago from these. At 1st I thought everything was ok but less than a year later the shed is leaking in several places. I contacted the company in Jan to tell them and they said they will come out and re felt the roof. They didn't turn up 2 days so we had our time wasted. No they are telling me to get someone else to do the roof and send them the quote. I had someone out last night to do a quote for the refelt and he pointed out how poor the shed was and how many cut backs had been made. Not enough tacks in the felt so they are spaced too far apart, the tongue and grove doesn't interlock like it should and in some places you can actually see the felt through the roof, the windows glass were not secured across (only down). I have had to put filler in many places as the knots in the wood have fallen out so it was leaking. where the roof meets the side of the shed there was a huge gap left which should have been filler so we have had to put something on outside to seal the gap. The company have never replied to any phone call or WhatsApp message. Hardly ever reply to FB messages and are a complete nightmare to get a reply from. If I don't get a reply I will be reporting to trading standards for them to sort

Can’t speak highly enough of garden buildings, communication with Ben was great from the first time I spoke to him. Installation carried out by Carl and Stuart was a joy to watch. Apologies for all the questions while you were trying to work. Quality of build is brilliant and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their dream summerhouse.
It’s a shame I can’t post photos to show how good it looks.

We recently had a 20' x 6' Summerhouse/storage delivered and fitted and can honestly say the quality and workmanship are second to none. From ordering to installation we were kept informed of progress.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Garden Buildings for any type of garden building and will certainly be using them again in the future should the occasion arise.

First class company, excellent communication throughout, initial contact to build completion was under two weeks, the lads on site were so polite, hardworking, and very professional, even a transport hiccup ( no fault of their own ) didn’t stop them completing the build on the agreed day, love our new summerhouse looks amazing.

We have had a shed and summer house supplied and fitted today . The two guys arrived on time, they were very professional and friendly. Both shed and summerhouse fitted to a high standard and we are very pleased with them . We would defiantly recommend them . Thanks again

Be wary about buying anything from this company I ordered a summer house from this company on the 28th June to be delivered on the 30th July and paid in full apparently that's how they like to do business payment up front .
The 30th July came took the day off work and waited for delivery they didnt turn up late in the afternoon i contacted them to be informed they had me down for the second job of the day didn't show up .contacted them the following day to be told more than likely it would be the following Monday for delivery. So contacted them the following Monday only to find out they were on anuall shut down for 2 weeks so how could they deliver when on total shut down ??? After finally contacting them during there shut down period I was offered a refund which I gladly accepted which they said would take 2 weeks to process however I'm still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later .I've tried contacting the company through the post by phone and on messenger .They have not replied to my letter or answered my phone calls and have blocked me on messenger .So trading standards have been informed and the matter is being put into the hands of my solicitor. So be very wary of parting with your money to this company .

Had my building installed on the 11th of March.
The single glazed glass was installed instead of double glazed as paid for.

Today the 18th March glass was swapped over to double glazed as promised.

The building is exactly as we wanted; the studio windows and doors give the building a modern look we wanted.

Overall delighted despite having the earlier problem with the glass. From my own experience, I would highly recommend this company.

Just has my 30x16 studio Summerhouse installed this morning. Communication was brilliant and the installation team that was sent was a real credit to the company and the building is superb would highly recommend.

Had my Georgian summer house built yesterday and I have to say I’m very happy with the end result. Good strong build and Luke and the other fitter were really nice guys who grafted hard all day until the job was finished. I have seen a lot of very negative reviews on here about the company which had me really worried after already paying a deposit but i am happy to say Mark kept me informed over the pandemic lockdown and as soon as they were allowed to get out building again I was their first call and they were on site!
The only thing I can say is they forgot to bring the partition with them but mark called me and gave me £150 off the bill and the very next day sent me all the materials for me to build the simple partition myself so win win for me.

I would happily recommend them to my friends and family because from my experience I can not fault them at all and I will be using them again.

From start to finish communication pricing and WORKMANSHIP!! I carnt give this company a better review .. you wont find better.. the timber and glazing is of high quality not like some other companies I could mention!!

I'm confident in saying that the bad reviews on here are clearly a deterrent to make you go elsewhere

My wife always wanted a summer house but never really saw one she loved so when our son in law sent us a link showing the summer house and lodges Garden building built she fell in love with them
So we contacted them and they explained every thing we needed and a break down of cost and sent us a email so we arranged a date of delivery. this Friday 10/05/19 my wife finally got her summer house the lads worked so hard on the day and involved us on every step of the way to make sure we were happy the two lads worked till late to Finnish the build had to force them to take 10 min break we are both so pleased with our summer house just perfect could not believe you could get a summer 18x10 built for at that cost

A week after being built Windows began to fall out and smash. Contacted garden buildings a number of times to be told they are busy then they have totally blocked me. We are now going to have to go through trading standards. Garden building built our summer house.

Do not use this company roof is holding loads of water you can see daylight from the Inside Out they messed me about several times on times they will come in to do the job stupidly payed them in full they haven't been back to fit the glass told me on several occasions be here to do it and they are now ignoring my messages
