I purchased the Pinnacle Systems Studio 9.0 Plus Video Toolkit and was very satisfied with my experience with Genesis Technologies. They were very professional and knowledgeable. And quick; the software was shipped within 24 hours from the time I placed the order. I would definitely recommend them to others!

My daughter came to me with her Christmas list and the #1 item on was a drawing tablet. I went on Ebay and discovered exactly what she was looking for, the Wacom Intuos4 Pen Tablet Medium, for slae by Genesis. Their price was amazing, and shipping cost was exceptional for the size, and they answered every question I had very promptly.

I was so pleased it took me no time to pres "Buy Now". My daughter screamed out loud on Christmas morning when she opened it. I got the biggest hug ever from her!!!

Since Christmas the tablet has been almost constantly in use. She loves it and it loves her. She is heading for a career in animation and Genesis Technologies has put in squarely on the path of her dreams!!

I purchased Sibelius 6.2 (academic) for Windows 7. The tutorial book helped me to get started and see some of the features. But it didn't help me with the problem of building Sib files from scratch for piano. While I can see that Sibelius has enormous capabilities, the challenge of using its menus to full advantage takes more time and practice than I have given it. So far my work with it has been frustrating, because it has been difficult to format music and print it. Hopefully, it will improve with more practice.

I ordered the education edition of a software product on February 16. The order was immediately confirmed by e-mail that included an order number and a message to complete current academic documentation which I had faxed at the time I ordered the product on line. The software was delivered on February 20 . . . excellent service. The web site for Genesis-Technologies (The Software Store for Education) does not have provision for looking at order status. However, there is contact information including a mailing address, telephone and e-mail address—none of which I needed given the fast service from Genesis-Technologies. I would not hesitate to order again from this company.

This is the first time I've purchased a copy of Sibelius engraver (Sibelius Professional 6.2)from Genesis. I've always purchased from Sibelius directly (three previous editions). Sibelius always allowed me to put the product on three computers. It took an "act of congress" to get Genesis to provide the same service. If "hard nosed" is Genesis motto, you can expect me to purchase Finale in the future.

We recently purchased Dragon Medical 10.1 with Power Mic II from Genesis Technologies for one our existing clients. The service from Genesis Technologies was excellent. I was able to obtain the information that I needed to help me close the deal with the client. Our order was processed quickly and we received it on the anticipated date. Their staff are professional and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. They provide excellent service and response when needed. I would highly recommend Genesis Technologies to anyone.

Hello, i purchased Anime studio pro 7 from this site and it was about 50% off of the retail price and i didnt have to verify a student/teacher discount. Although i did call them prior to ordering just to make sure that I in fact did not have to provide anything but my debit card. The software came in brand new as expected and the serial number worked. Just recently i used the serial number to upgrade to anime studio pro 8 from the manafacturer. I was able track the package and everything. So the only slight mishap i had with my order was me having to verify that i didnt have to provide a student proof sheet. Which is not their fault so that doesnt count really. Just my measures i take. So overall it was excellent. The price was the cheapest anywhere and the service was as stated.

This week I ordered two Microsoft Office licenses for my church. I emailed Genesis Technologies several times with questions before placing the order. In every case they got back to me within 24 hours. Their responses were thoughtfully written - it was clear that they had actually read my questions.
I placed the order Tuesday night and emailed my supporting documentation. Genesis Technologies sent my information to Microsoft very quickly, and Microsoft sent me the Volume Licensing link Friday afternoon. Thanks, Genesis Technologies, for great service!!!

Products Purchased: Corel Painter 11 MacOS/ Windows & Corel DRAW X5 Graphics Suite WINXP/VISTA/WIN7

I was searching for a Corel X5 and came across Genesis Technologies packaged set of software. The price was better with the bundled package than at other internet sites for the same software.
Once ordered the software was delivered sooner than I expected and the software packages were complete.
The site made it easy to order.
This is a good site for software.

Genesis offered to lower my shipping to $6.95 ("his manager approved it") and would send me an invoice via PayPal or get my credit card number over the phone, but I had the foresight to let them know I am using the coupon code for 5% off that is on the front page banner of their site and of course, then they said they cannot do that after all. Obviously, shipping is not really shipping but their profit is built into the shipping charges based on the price they offer the product for (also evidenced from their sales through eBay, where shipping is also a different price). Maybe this is standard procedure everywhere and I'm just naive. But I kept getting passed around to different customer service people through their online chat so their service is nothing I'd consider stellar.

I received my copy of Corel Painter with a Wacom tablet I purchased. It was the educational version. In combination with the tablet, Corel Painter is an excellent painting software. Its very straight forward and easy to understand.

I bought a Genesis Technologies toner cartridge for my laser printer.
It did not work right at all.
I was encouraged to see their 800 number printed on it.
But when I called, they offered me no support at all.
Essentially, they said: Tough luck! We will be glad to sell you another one for $140!

I like so much the service in general and the prices.

I don´t like that every time I make a purchase they send me by email a Save-5%-coupon that that I can never use due to ends very quickly and they never offer me a coupon for my next purchase

Since I buy only buy credit card, I would like them to accept wire transfers so my purchasing may be easier.

I purchased a a Wacom Intuos2 tablet from this
company on Monday, and Wednesday afternoon it was
delivered to my door via UPS 2nd day air.

My card was not "automatically" billed authorized] until the order ws actually processed later in the day, at which time billing info was sent to the shipper. Within less than 3 hours of my card being authorized, I had an email from UPS with the tracking info.

Newegg also had this item in stock ( I checked there first ) but at a savings of $35.00, by the time shipping was figured in - and that's compared to Newegg's bottom line with FedEx saver shipping - I must say that I was quite impressed with the pricing - and this is =not= the student price scedule - this is a 'non-restricted item' (Most of their items are available for sale to qualifying faculty, staff or students of educational institutions only).

This is not your 'average' retailer.
I would recommend them for your educational/productivity needs.

I recently purchased Dragon Speak for my office in order to dictate medical records and letters. The process of ordering the software was easy and the customer service tech was extremely helpful and even offered an upgrade in the software for only a small amount of additional cost.
Very happy with the product which was promptly shipped and received on time.

They high pressured me to buy anti-virus/malware for my computer then called back 6 weeks later saying they wanted my microsoft licesnse because they were going out of business and wanted to give me a refund for 299.99. I said just put it back on my credit card but they refused insisting they needed to confirm my license. I hung up and he called back. I asked who their owner was and they said Bob Smith. Too scary so I told them I would call back after googling their company about scams and so here I am.
