Liked how easy it was to find product concidering my inexperience with this is my 1st time try something like this just having model numbers doesn't help when theres alternative products that can be used and brands this was clearly labeled almost could of search by appliance

It didn't take me but a few minutes to find the exact part I needed for my Samsung dryer. And it looks like delivery is pretty fast too!

I checked over 10 other sites, one (partsips.com) had a lower list price but stupid shipping / handling, all others were higher, including Amazon.

Looking to replace removable ice bin for a 2016 Whirlpool refrigerator-annoying. This was the best price I could find. Very friendly customer service online and additional discount available. Will see on actual delivery but fast delivery promised for good price.

I ordered this part from another site over a month ago.....still waiting! Gave up and cancelled. Reordered from Genuine Appliance Parts. IN STOCK NOT BACK ORDERED!
Wish I had of seen these guys in the 1st place! They’re on it!

This part is anywhere from $50 to $100 than anyone else. The shipping is much faster also.

Needed a new dryer screen, typed in dryer type, they came up with all the different types, found mine, they had a list of dryer models, found mine and purchased within 10 minutes!

I bought a 200.00 controller from them thinking the circuit board which had fried on my washer was part of the unit. They had only a pic of the front side and did not display the back which would have alerted me to the incomplete nature of the part. When I got it I opened the package and noticed right away it was wrong. I filled out a customer return request to swap it for the right one. They never answered the form and a week later I was forced to buy a new washer because laundry was piling up. I contacted PayPal to try and get some of my money backAnd so far it has been a back and forth excuse fest with them. As it stands I am out 200+ because we opened the package. I would like to know how they figure I can tell what part is inside when the package is sealed and the simple bubble wrap is opaque.

I would gladly pay to ship it back since I did make the mistake although I feel I was mislead. But they won’t have any of it. Now I’m stuck

have a pump on fisher paykel that goes out about every 4-5 years and this is a slick way to fix it

Had the timer go out on our washer - wouldn't drain on the Ultra Clean cycle but it DID drain on the Permanent Press cycle, which told me the pump was good but the timer wasn't sending the current to the pump in the cycle we used most often. I've replaced timers before and this looks to be just as simple as most. The hardest part is figuring out how to open the top panel where the timer is screwed into place. Once open, just unplug the old and install the new one, reversing what you did to uninstall the old timer. It usually takes 15 - 30 min max. to do!
