Bittr have a fair fee model (1,5%) placing it on the lower spectrum of the industry unlike most BTC brokers, the KYC process with them is kept to legal requirements and you can start acquiring BTC without some long and painful registration and verification process.
Bittr have a smart model encouraging small BTC amounts acquisition overtime by recurrent payments, spreading the risk and mitigating unqualified investments.
I highly recommend getBittr.com to anyone willing to discover Bitcoin and buy their first fractions of BTC.
