I hope this same level of support continues as I go through the rest of this process of installing, setting up, and initial learning of how to use all features. Welcome20 didn't work because I needed to figure out harddrive space on the harddrive calculator so ended up with 10% instead of 20% Correct parts rec'd, fast delivery, will be buying more from SCW. Cameras are as advertized

I've installed two SCW systems before at work and was pleased with my experience. Installation is easy and customer support has been great. This latest order is for my home security and I expect it to be equally satisfactory.

Great online access. My new business partner has your existing system already,(Vanguard Pro 16 CH NVR) we just needed to upgrade and add 2 more cameras. I would like to know how long the warranty is for cameras, or do you replace/repair them?

We have viewed many different options for security cameras for our home and decided to place an order with SCW based upon the results of our research. I have been pleased with the quick response of a quote, which made the ordering process very easy. Now comes the real test, the set-up, performance of the cameras and technical support. I hope I can write a positive follow-up review in 6 months.

My Second order with SCW and my second 5 star review. Very, very glad I found them online and did this as a self purchase, self install. I received better equipment, saved a bunch of money and had excellent customer service. It doesn't get any better than that!

Bought my first system for my lake property about 1.5 years ago. I’ve been an Instrumentation Tech for nearly 40 years and have worked on video systems in the past. Unfortunately, I had a number of issues with the SCW equipment that I couldn’t work out and one owner induced problem. SCW tech support was great. Over a number of weeks, the equipment is 75 miles from home, so I couldn’t work on it except for Friday evenings and weekends, the SCW guys, there were two at one point, worked through the problems. Overall, they spent close to three hours with me on the phone. They were even pleasant to me when working through the owner induced problem which I sheepishly admitted to changing the password and apparently wrote it down incorrectly and could no longer access the NVR software. They simple said “it happens.”

Just this week I received the second system I purchased from SCW which is their 4K model. I am going to install this system at my work place. It will replace an existing well know name professional equipment system I installed 7-8 years. The $1300 software package that operates this system was obsoleted 6 months after I purchased it. The $1100 each, cameras were obsoleted shortly after that and the software only supported a few other camera models which were also obsolete. When I needed to replace a camera, I had to get it off an internet auction site.

I’ve tested the new equipment and everything works. I haven’t purchased the 4K monitors yet but using just a PC monitor for the initial testing, the video quality is great. It’s as good or better than the existing cameras in use. I can’t wait to see what it looks like with 4K monitors.

I had a tech question for this system that related to bringing the outputs from a number of cameras in another building over fiber optic cable back to the NVR. I was pretty sure how to make it work but wasn’t positive. The Tech Support guy was so interested in helping me, he wasn’t listening to me say that I understood what he was explaining but he wasn’t answering my specific concern. But we eventually got through this problem and I got my question answered.

I deal with a lot of vendors and contractors for my workplace. I wish they all operated like the folks at SCW.

Pros for me where ONVIF compliance, 2019 NDAA compliance, superior resolution choices (there’s no point to a camera without good resolution), interoperability with 3rd party cameras if needed, expandable for later if I want to swap out the NVR, remote viewing, email alerts (I set mine up to text me which you can do with AT&T as you use your email to text a phone number).

Cons- 1) the SCW view station is not intuative at all. You can not manipulate settings and view individual files very easily. Or, if you can, it’s not very clear to me. To change sensitivity settings, a pop up directs the user to the WebUI interface, which can be glitchy for MAC users. I haven’t contacted support yet but plan to do so. Maybe it’s because I’m using a MAC. 2) the sensitivity settings could use some DIY advice in the directions. IE: setting the sensitivity to #2 of 100 will generally remove false positive alarms.

Still very happy though. Day 2 after install, found a guy trying to open my fence and get into the yard! He was smoking and counting money which I got all on recording. My wife said “thank you so much for installing the cameras!” Score one for me.

I just completed installing an Admiral Camera System, NVR. I had to go through two support techs to get everything set right. They were Allison and Andrew. They both were beyond marvelous in their professionalism and expertise. They slowed down when I needed additional explanations.

I actually had to 'trash' another company's camera system (Starts with an "L"), which was wireless based. The cameras failed often, and did the support, and eventually that company stopped supporting the system I had just brought just a few months ago.

I researched the internet for camera systems, when I came across SCW. Now, I'm in bliss, when it comes to security around my home … I can even see the bobcats, deer, and alligators peeping out of the wetlands and lake.

Back on topic … SCW equipment and support is high top shelf … I would recommend them to businesses and homeowners alike.

I purchased a 4K NVR and camera system several weeks ago. I did not purchase all cameras initially so I could see if the base system would be acceptable and how the different cameras worked. The system has exceeded all of my expectations. This purchase was for an additional 4K camera. The new camera is performing as expected.

I have used Security Camera Warehouse and one other CCTV provider for years. EVERY time SCW EXCEEDS my expectations. The best customer service around, the other guys you wait for 2-3 days for a call back. You cannot afford to wait for a call that may never come while your system is down. Buy from these guys, you will not be disappointed.

I've had my SCW system, 11 cameras & DVR for one year & everything has worked great. SCW is a great company! The owner is a very caring person & appreciates his employees. Their sales team & Tech support team are second to none. I researched several different security cameras companies & SCW was definitely the best choice for me. Thank you SCW team!!
