I bought the Ghost Vape on your official American website only to be charged $50 in duty. But furthermore, I did a little more research after ordering and they were we much cheaper if I bought it from a 3rd party Canadian distributor.
The device is also not working to my satisfaction with no real vapour effect until the 4th or 5th pull. I has assumed this would work on the 1st pull.

Had the vape for 2 weeks, I plugged it in to charge, smelled something burning about 2 hours later, and it it melted where the cable connects to the vape. I'm lucky my house did not burn down. The vape worked great until it melted down.

This Vape is the ducks nuts,bees knees,you get the picture,But I am more impressed with the level of service I received from Virgil in customer relations,I thank you for being upfront and honest and for listening to me,Now the MV1 is a fantastic device when you get it right,it might take a little learning but so did lunging a bong right,rolling a good J,and so on.Also you need to get the 5 shot magazine lol it rocks.

Really enjoying the Ghost MV1, however I would like to purchase an extra battery which seems to out of stock for a while now. Other than that best vaporizer yet.

I purchased a new ghost mv1 in October of 2019 from a shop in collierville tn. The 1st problem is how long it takes for a full charge. Advice is don't be in a hurry. The reason I dont recommend the ghost mv1 is the battery USB completely fell off. I had to purchase a quick charger 60 bucks.paid 38 dollars for priority overnight shipping. And had to wait 4 days. Dont be an a Sucker. Find another product and supplier.

I’ve had my ghost for a year and it works great I haven’t had any problems just gotta clean it regularly And make sure your crucible is clean too would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stop smoking.

After a few weeks and a learning curve the size of Mt Everest I can say one thing....no. Sorry it's big heavy everything smoked through it either taste like lighter fluid or hay seriously. When u want to use your medicine you want it as easy as possible this just adds unnecessary complications to an easy laid back experience. Stick with the instant pens and other instant heat type vapes this ons is just to much work for the money.

Ordered one night and received 2 days later so far my experience with the Ghost has been exactly as I had hoped. Don’t know why they have been so deeply discounted. That made me think twice, but the reviews I had read convinced me that at the lower price, what could I lose

Emailed support regarding a faulty battery over a week ago. Never received follow up correspondence. Owned the device a little over one month and the port to charge the battery essentially fell into the battery's casing, leaving the unit unable to charge. Thank you for the paperweight.

Update: Tried to contact customer service on March 25th.. Still yet to hear anything back from them.
