Nothing was delivered on the requested date. Not a single call or attempt at delivering.
I contacted this firm the next day they said the order was ... delivered! When I replied saying it wasn’t they came back on Monday sending me a link to some storage place suggesting the recipient contact them and arrange for a delivery himself!!!
I requested a refund saying they failed to deliver on the requested day and nobody wants a Valentine’s delivery a week later, thank you. Especially when the surprise was ruined (because I had to ask my fiancé if there were any calls about some delivery).
The next day they came back to me saying the delivery “was refused” at the address of the order. Well of course it was ‘cause it was a working day.
Anyway, save your time and money, and stay away from this company if you don’t want to spoil your occasion and get some disappointment instead of surprise!
This is freaking fraud! And after I report this problem to them, they said they would refund me for the missing items. No heck no, you don't keep the money by sending customers some random sh*t that they didn't pay for!
I ordered an cake for my sister birthday on 8th of February 2016 which had to be delivered on 12th February. Totally I paid around A$100 for this purchase including custom postage and payment processing fee (????).
Cake is not delivered yet to nominated address ( Sweden). I sent couple of emails and received a generic email saying they will investigate. I am totally frustrated and never order on this site.
I sent another email requesting a full refund and they haven't get back to me yet.
Friends, please DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. it is never going to be delivered.

It really is a scam that they play with the money of the clients
I'm VERY unhappy so I'm giving some feedback about the delivery of my gift. First of all, I searched your site prior to ordering and nowhere did I find delivery time ranges, residential or business, so I assumed 9-5. I checked business delivery, and in the special instructions I stated that the recipient worked 10-4 on the delivery date, along with the building information and their phone number as a contact. I did not know delivery time ranges until I received my email confirmation, which listed residential, business, and school times. Business delivery was 8:30-5. Well, the balloons were delivered after the birthday person had left. Seriously? So, even with instructions, delivery was made during the last hour of the day with the service KNOWING that the recipient was unavailable. Now my birthday balloon bouquet will sit in an empty office for two days, and the event has passed. I will not use your service again. If a Sarasota delivery service cannot deliver to a Sarasota address within a 6-hour window, as indicated in the special instructions option, they are not very customer service oriented in my opinion. I live in WA and wanted my friend in FL to have a surprise on his birthday. The balloon arrangement may be as I specified, so I cannot comment on the product itself, but I suggest you find a more customer oriented delivery service, or delete the special instruction section. Please list the delivery time ranges on your site, along with a statement that special instructions are only guidelines and may be ignored.

This is unacceptable since they should have mentioned this at transaction time instead of the day of delivery. I cancelled order. Gave a 2 because at least cancelation went through.
