I would give 0 stars but I have to pick 1. They're liars, thieves and I wasted 45€ on a cake that never arrived. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Ordered a simple balloon bouquet to send my daughter on her 6th b-day. Simple enough. After placing the order I get the message; "Due to shortage of Helium we can not deliver balloons." They offered: a nice florist choice flower bouquet as alternate. No link with pictures or description. Just reply ASAP to confirm my order. Spent hours waiting and responding to several e-mails from different people to help me get the order processed... Even when suggesting a stuffed animal I found on their site as an alternate to the balloons, some how could not find it asking me to send a link..... so I sent the link, carbon copy of the last e-mail was their response.... I canceled after fighting for 2 hrs to make the order go through.

I ordered a red velvet cake online from Venice for delivery to my aunt's place in New Brunswick. It was a speedy and efficient service. She assures me that the cake tastes great. It was my aunt's 21st anniversary and they were happy having the cake as a gift.

I ordered a delivery on the Valentine’s weekend for my fiancé in London. And paid an extra £22 for having it delivered to his home address on a particular day (because he is in the office during the working work).
Nothing was delivered on the requested date. Not a single call or attempt at delivering.
I contacted this firm the next day they said the order was ... delivered! When I replied saying it wasn’t they came back on Monday sending me a link to some storage place suggesting the recipient contact them and arrange for a delivery himself!!!
I requested a refund saying they failed to deliver on the requested day and nobody wants a Valentine’s delivery a week later, thank you. Especially when the surprise was ruined (because I had to ask my fiancé if there were any calls about some delivery).
The next day they came back to me saying the delivery “was refused” at the address of the order. Well of course it was ‘cause it was a working day.
Anyway, save your time and money, and stay away from this company if you don’t want to spoil your occasion and get some disappointment instead of surprise!

I ordered three items, two sets of anniversary balloons and one flower. They send me one set of "happy birthday" balloons, and with two other items still missing, they changed the whole order status as "delivered".

This is freaking fraud! And after I report this problem to them, they said they would refund me for the missing items. No heck no, you don't keep the money by sending customers some random sh*t that they didn't pay for!

Ordered Roses 3 days later, still is yet to arrive!

Worst service , they have cancelled the birthday cake order one day before , which was placed 3days before. They have ruined the whole surprise plan. And apart from that , the csr(Mr.tim) speaks ridiculously when I was asking about the cancellation. He said - I can cancel the order do what ever you can do!! Don't waste ur time shopping in this website guys..

I found this site for overseas delivery to my sister's place in Switzerland. I have ordered a breakfast gift basket for her birthday to make a pleasant start of the day. My sister said the quality was great and she enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it.

I ordered an cake for my sister birthday on 8th of February 2016 which had to be delivered on 12th February. Totally I paid around A$100 for this purchase including custom postage and payment processing fee (????).

Cake is not delivered yet to nominated address ( Sweden). I sent couple of emails and received a generic email saying they will investigate. I am totally frustrated and never order on this site.

I sent another email requesting a full refund and they haven't get back to me yet.

Friends, please DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. it is never going to be delivered.

I have ordered a cake, flowers, and balloons for my daughter who is living in El Paso for her studies. My order was delivered on time. She got all things at right time and loved everything.

I ordered chocolate for my mom, she was on vacation in paris so I wanted to send something to the hotel where she was staying during mother's day... they charged the ammount and the gift NEVER ARRIVED and they neved answered!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a plant arrangement and it was nothing like the photo, different pot, only one plant. I emailed giftblooms with the photo and they said they would investigate and then they just sent me an email saying it was delivered. No reply to any further email. I would never use this site again.

I ordered a cake and balloon bouquet to be delivered the cake cost $114.42 and never was delivered and only 2 out of the 6 balloons were delivered... With No card they just handed it to him and left. Emailed over and over NO response. Told them I was going to dispute charges and finally got a computer email back saying they would look into it. Well to late you ruined it and I am still waiting for refund. Very angry.

My mom in Colombia wanted to give me a gift for my birthday on May 4, I bought a cake with you to be delivered to my house in Australia, which never came, on May 11, after making several complaints with my brother and for my part without receiving a response, I managed to contact customer service through facebook, request the refund of the money because we no longer wanted anything, and although they returned the cost of the cake they did not return 18.68 AUS extra that my mom paid for the Shipping. Two minutes after realizing this, I wrote to them again and they did not answer me again. In addition, the service is very poor, poor customer service, they never respond or send emails with only one image, where one cannot open them.
It really is a scam that they play with the money of the clients

I live in WA and wanted a balloon bouquet delivered to Sarasota, FL. I ordered online 5-7-15, for delivery on 5-9-15. Here's the reply I sent to Gift Blooms after receiving my delivery confirmation email:

I'm VERY unhappy so I'm giving some feedback about the delivery of my gift. First of all, I searched your site prior to ordering and nowhere did I find delivery time ranges, residential or business, so I assumed 9-5. I checked business delivery, and in the special instructions I stated that the recipient worked 10-4 on the delivery date, along with the building information and their phone number as a contact. I did not know delivery time ranges until I received my email confirmation, which listed residential, business, and school times. Business delivery was 8:30-5. Well, the balloons were delivered after the birthday person had left. Seriously? So, even with instructions, delivery was made during the last hour of the day with the service KNOWING that the recipient was unavailable. Now my birthday balloon bouquet will sit in an empty office for two days, and the event has passed. I will not use your service again. If a Sarasota delivery service cannot deliver to a Sarasota address within a 6-hour window, as indicated in the special instructions option, they are not very customer service oriented in my opinion. I live in WA and wanted my friend in FL to have a surprise on his birthday. The balloon arrangement may be as I specified, so I cannot comment on the product itself, but I suggest you find a more customer oriented delivery service, or delete the special instruction section. Please list the delivery time ranges on your site, along with a statement that special instructions are only guidelines and may be ignored.

I never received the order, they didn't answer the tickets, dont buy anything there, was a gift present and was the worst service ever and they said that they delivered but its not true and the dont give me my money back

“Asked for more money on day of delivery” - Ordered online 2 days in advance and selected a giftblooms location that was 5 minutes from my intended delivery location. Got confirmation emails and receipt of payment. On day of intended delivery, got an email asking for additional money for delivery:

"we notice that product shipping cost is for this area is went high." (from email)

This is unacceptable since they should have mentioned this at transaction time instead of the day of delivery. I cancelled order. Gave a 2 because at least cancelation went through.
