My mother order me a virtual visa giftcard the card number was invalid and they will not replace the card are refund her money she's out 45.00 that amount may not be alot to some but for her it's a very big deal in it really doesn't matter how much the amount is no one should be ripped off and that's exactly what they did stole 45.00 from my mother

I was able to get a $#*!'s sporting goods giftcard at a discount and I also had a gift card customized with a sonogram and greeting card with picture of nursery. Great site, great products.

I purchased a gift card for bath and body works for $30 spent 24.75 and the card had $2.44 on it. I requested a refund and they declined!!!!!! Now I'm on hold forever to find out why I'm glad it was only $30. I purchased 2 other gift cards form them with no problem. Ok not on hold anymore but have to wait more to find out why!!! I would say use this service if you have money to lose/gamble..........The end :((((

I never received the card my friend sent me that was 130$+. It said estimated delivery Dec 23rd-27th. Never showed up at my p.o box or a dress and says online that the tack number can't be tracked because it "doesn't exist." Fix this bullshit because I'm getting ****. I butter get the card within the next week.

so much for convenience, it says 2 - 24 hours and I'm thinking, yeah that's just in case something crashes.. kinda thing.... no, they mean it...

I could have gone to ANYplace else and gotten a card immediate, Amazon, or any vendor...

GiftCard.com.... Lame 3rd party of some sort who cannot process things painlessly.
ps I thought it would be fun to personalize the card with the morning Christmas photos, (it was going to be a "Wait! There's more!" with uploading this days photo, I did, and talk about no fun at all.... (course my kids got the budget and my credit card number) since I looked, and looked, and then checked the account only to read "We have to contact the Purchaser before processing" (I wanted the VISA so the kids could have fun entering "their VISA" number for their computer game purchases)

I mean this GiftCards.com system is a mess.... why not process it, and leave it up to American Express system which does the auto=call IF system finds it worth verifying.

Sticking with Amazon no matter what from now on. Just that I had trouble finding the VISA virtual card on Amazon...

VISA, AMEX, why aren't they doing this themselves?

On December 26th I went online and created an order to mail in a gift card. I mailed the card out on the morning of December 27th. I mailed the card via USPS certified with tracking. USPS website shows this was received by giftcards.com on the morning of December 29th at about 10:00 am. As of January 23rd, I have not received the first phone call back, the first return email response, a check, or ANY communications regarding my order. I have called four (4) times and spoken to customer service. I called on 1/6, 1/8, 1/9 and 1/12. Each time they apologize and promise me that the "support team" will be in touch within 24-48 hours. They have my phone number and email address....I am still waiting for a response from my very first call on 1/6. This is unacceptable. If I conducted my small business like this I would be OUT of business very quickly. Honestly, I don't know how they remain in operation with this type of customer service and communication. It has been almost a month now since they have had my card in their possession. This is way beyond the time frame they claim it takes to complete an order. I have contacted giftcards.com multiple times to resolve this matter. They have chosen to ignore me and left me with no other option than to file a complaint with BBB.

I bought a $20.37 BestBuy.com eCode at 5% off for $19.35. I specifically bought this card to buy an OOS item I've been waiting for BB to stock. A month later, without even attempting to use the eCode since receiving it, I found out the balance is $0.00! I'm quite sure I checked the balance the day I received the eCode as I usually do with third party code/card purchases. This was only my second purchase from GiftCards.com and it would have been my last were it not for their professional customer service.
I called customer service to notify them my eCode had been used without authorization. Within a week, they emailed me stating they would credit my purchase in full for the unauthorized use of my eCode. A day after the email, my account was credited.
This impressed me immensely. I had a similar issue with one of GiftCards.com's competitors and was stonewalled by that reseller and the retailer for which I bought the card. I will definitely buy from GiftCards.com again with confidence knowing they support their customers.

I purchased a gift card ecode for a merchant. I received the email and the link to retrieve the gift card via an ecode. When I clicked on the link, it took me to the giftcards.com web site page listing my gift card I had purchased.

There was no link or gift card listed. I called the number and they apologized about the problem but offered no solution. Just wait for their technical team to figure out the problem. So, no Christmas gift card for my loved one. Only scammed by a web site.

I ORDERED A GIFT CARD ON 11/22/16 AND AS OF 12/21/16, NO GIFT CARD WAS RECEIVED. I CALLED AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER TO ASK WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING THE CARD HAD BEEN SHIPPED? THEY HAD NO ANSWER AND INSTEAD TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE SHIPPING AND THE CARD SHOULD BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12/15/16. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP INFORMED ME THERE WAS NO TRACKING WITH USPS??? I ALWAYS SEND PRIORITY MAIL AND TRACKING IS INCLUDED. I CALLED ON 12/21/16 TO ASK THAT GIFT CARD BE SENT EXPRESS MAIL WITH TRACKING THIS DAY AND THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SUPERVISOR HENRY STATED HE DID NOT KNOW HOW MUCH THE REFUND WOULD BE OR HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.???????? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!!!

This item was "shipped" on the 28 October by USPS First Class Mail (no tracking number provided as stated by their terms, and 5-10 wait). This item never arrived.. I have received postal mail from around the world and around the US faster then this item supposedly took to ship- only this gift card NEVER arrived. After contacting the company they have advised they will refund my item minus $4.95 cancellation fee. There is no proof to show this company even shipped my item to begin with and they will now charge me a fee for an item I never even received. As a company they have a responsibility to ensure an item is received- and received within a reasonable amount of time. Claiming that once it is shipped by USPS it is out of their control is absolute rubbish. I do believe this is a scam and advise people to buy online from sites like Walmart and Target and forget the "personalisation" factor of giftcards.com ITS NOT WORTH IT

I tried 5 times to order a Virtual Visa card. Each time the transaction was cancelled, even using different cards. The reason was something was different than the statement. I took the information RIGHT off the statement. Very frustrating. I even called customer service and they wouldn't give any information why they were cancelled. Very frustrating.

I deal with several gift card / merchandise credit resellers. All are satisfactory EXCEPT Giftcards.com. They cancel orders without giving a reason. Customer service NEVER provides any service. Read the other reviews. Don't waste your time with these people.

I made 2 orders of apple store cards from this website, one is around $200 and the other is around $70. When I was going to use it the day before yesterday, I found that the 200 one was with ZERO balance!

I have an emergent purchase because I have a foreign travel in one week and I need my ipad to be delivered in 7 days. This absolutely messed up my purchase plan. The representative told me she will call me back on the same day to solve the problem. I waited, no call. The second day, I ordered my ipad from ebay, which is cheaper than apple.com, but no cheaper than apple.com if I use the giftcards. If I just wait, my ipad would be delivered after I leave and will lost after my trip.

3 days after the promised date to contact with me, a representative contacted with me about the refund for that missing $200. I required to get refund for the other $70 card which can not be used because of the missing $200 card, giftscard.com told me that is absolutely impossible and that is against with their policy. But I don't understand why my interest can be promised, but theirs can not? Even if I got refund for that $70, I earn nothing, actually--just get my money back. And, I paid more for my ipad from ebay. They lose nothing, too--they can resell easily. Now I have $70 cards at hand that I have no plan to use it. And I lost time!!! Someone should be responsible for the lost of interest of the customer, who should?

Even if from a perspective of policy, I agree that orders with no problem will not be refunded. But how do you judge problem? This is not a direct problem, but this is related with the problem of the 1st order. For customers, it is related. And also, how about the 1st card with zero balance but cost me $200 and a lot of time to negotiate on? Is that against policy? Why the policy which is on the company's side is strictly obeyed, while, if customer's interests get hurt, it can be compromised?
The customer service representative is rude, too. Delayed reply, commanded me to give up, interrupted my words, not friendly at all.
This company is on my NOT BUY list now.

Ordered 3 gift cards, one was actually processed, and supposedly sent (thought reciepient never received) the other two I received a confirmation invoice on stating that they would process my order and notify me if there were any problems. A week later, nothing had been processed. When I called to find out what the problem was they told me that the CC info didn't match my billing info and I was no blackballed from their company. I should have read the reviews before I ever bothered with this company in the first place. Very disappointed in this companies integrity and honesty!!!

I spoke with a young lady a few days ago named Brittany from save ya and she was awesome!! So willing to help me and helpful at that. She had such an amazing attitude and I asked her a million questions about save ya she answered every single one within reasonable time and questions she wasn't sure about she double checked and placed me on quick holds to confirm those answers and every time she came back on the call she thanked me for waiting employees like that make it such a pleasure doing business with you!! Keep her you picked a good one. ????

I ordered a virtual gift card for Mother's Day on 8 May. After hitting submit, my credit card was immediately charged but the virtual card was not delivered to my recipient's email. I thought that was a little odd because most virtual cards are delivered immediately, but decided to give it 24 hours before taking further action. The next evening I contacted GiftCards.com via telephone and got a call center. The guy on the line that did not speak very good English explained that the card would be delivered within the next hour because my information was being verified by a third party. I asked to explain what information needed verification and if I could speak with the third party to find out what was taking so long to deliver the virtual card. After many frustrating minutes of back and forth, I asked to speak to a supervisor but he wouldn't provide the supervisor's name that I was going to speak with. Finally after being placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes, another individual that barely spoke English explained he was the supervisor and verified that a third party was reviewing the information, but couldn't explain what they needed to verify. He promised the card would be delivered within the next hour or he would submit a "request" to have the $4.95 service fee for the purchase refunded. On 10 May, I again contacted GiftCards.com and reached another person that could barely speak English who again explained my information is being verified by a third party before the card that I paid for two days ago could be delivered. He said that I have two options, continue to wait and said that he thought the card would be delivered by the end of the day or to cancel my order. Again, I asked to speak with a supervisor but was placed on hold so long that I finally gave up. As of now, my virtual Visa card has still not been delivered, the refund of the service charge was never credited, and I still wait. I am afraid to cancel the order because of the customer experience experienced so far, I think that when I do, the charge will never be returned and I would be out the amount I have spent.

I've been ordering from giftcards.com since 2010 and with any large online purchase (over $2,100) my bank is alerted. Each year I receive the email letting me know that the order is in pending status upon verification and within 24 hrs the order is processed. This year, after creating 19 cards (which is a little time consuming) GC.com cancelled the order instead of putting in in pending status.
Their solution is for me to go back and start from scratch, re-creating each gift card as if they never existed. Someone in the order center clearly pressed the wrong button during the process stage. The inconvenience is tasking to say the least, but the customer service is the real problem. "Giftcards.com" if you're going to list your company in a US state than your customer call center should be able to contact your corporate office in the States when someone is inquiring about help that is beyond the pay grade of the understaffed, underpaid, under trained customer service reps overseas.

THEY GAVE ME A TARGET GIFT CODE & PIN THAT DIDN'T WORK (NOT ENOUGH #s), AND SAID THEY'D RE-ISSUE ONE, BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM, THE PERSON I SPOKE TO (EMILY) SAID, SORRY, THEY WERE IN MEETINGS ALL DAY SO I NEEDED TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. INFURIATING! TOTAL RIP-OFF. I WILL CANCEL CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD.
