Ideally 0 Stars. It delivers very poor quality cake and customer service is bad. For the flowers they update me 5hrs before the delivery that flowers are not available. It was my mom's 60th birthday and in the last moment I was not able to deliver the flowers as I cannot order it from somewhere else in such short notice.

They are the worst provider I have experienced. They took the order and payment from the customer and then don't deliver the gifts. Dont even confirm unless you ask them about the gifts delivery. Never ever order from them for your loved once

I order a Rakhi bundle from them every year, and they have always arrived on time and look identical to the images online. I live in the USA and this is such a great way to send my Rakhi to my brother in India. Highly recommend.

The gift delivery window was 7-11 Jan and suddenly I saw through the tracker saying no address found. I got in touch with someone on the WhatsApp no. +91 86977 29733 while I confirmed I had given the correct address on the receipt -- how the hell have they are trying to deliver the package on the unknown place. It was Saturday 11Jan and they promised to rectify and confirm on Monday. On 14th Jan morning I still see the package delivered on the same wrong address again and request a refund. The person says they have put in the request. Now after a week, someone named Mohit sends me this message "We regret to inform you that the voucher returned to us as they couldn't find the address. Please get back to us with the alternate number and landmarks of the recipient's address so that we can reship it. Awaiting for your reply." WTF is going on with this company - I haven't received my refund and they still have the audacity to keep continuing to pester me and tell me the same $#*!.

They delivered exactly what I ordered. Flowers, cake and dry goods. It was for my mom's birthday. I ordered around 8 pm EST on the day before her birthday and received both items by afternoon on her birthday.

“Gifts to India 24*7” took my money (1350 rupees) and gave me a confirmation message stating the gift will be delivered on the 19th of April 2020.
It wasn’t delivered !!
I mailed them tried to call them but no wonder they didn’t reply!
This was the first time I bought something from it and I am never going to buy anything from there !
I have kissed goodbye to my 1350 rupees (my hard earned money) because of this company!
Atleast make an effort to reply for the sake of letting me know the reason for not delivering or atleast pay me back !

last time using this service , had sent flowers fruits to family in india. all the fruites were rotten in the basket, flowers dint last for more than 2 days .

The company were unwilling to locate the address, make just two telephone attempts and send the gifts back to its suppliers and no refund! Also I ordered just one item for each member of the family, but the receipt came out as double, and I paid till I viewed the receipt and rang to rectify the mistake. They did, and I give them credit for that, but now trying to get back half of the money they owe me is proving an ordeal. Only when I approached Paypal were the gifts delivered, but it would appear I will have to escalate the dispute for the money. ONLY USE PAYPAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A GOOD PROTECTION AGAINST COMPANIES SUCH AS THESE.

Most of the flowers were dead. Every single flower had a scotch tape stuck behind to keep it in place. It looked as if they picked the flowers from the trash and stuck it together with scotch tape. When discussed this with the company they were trying to prove that I was wrong. Will never order from here. Poor customer service.

I am happy with the services provided by GiftstoIndia24x7. I have sent rakhis to my brothers in india a couple of times and they've always reached on time. Flowers and cakes and gifts were always received on time, even when it was a last minute order. They did all they could to accommodate difficult timings. I guess for Australian users, the timing works in favor. The live chat service is quite useful for people overseas. All in all, good business!

Horrible horrible service. Please do not use them. Your order will never be delivered on time and their customer service has no clue where any order is. They are unable to track it.
Other sites are more reliable.
Plus they assure you that express orders will be delivered in 4 hours and it takes 2 days

They have dupped us. They show one thing om the internet and deliver something totally poor qualitym If you care about sentiment for loved ones, I suggest not going with this company and try a different service. Very bed service I sent to my father cake and perfume his birthday customers the girl they so lied do not trust them.i they say we can not deliver cake same day so I tell them do not sent them.please I send email they say they dint get my email they saw in my email they received they dont tell.me any thing after 4 days my father birthday they sent 2 perferum I tell them do not sentgive my money back still they send they hungry for money I guess.

Recently got a cake, bouquet and a gift for my sister in India for Raksha Bandhan... She's loved it... They've delivered it right on time for the day and honestly, it wasn't very expensive too... Overall amazing selection of gift options... I'm sure to get more gifts for my parents' birthdays etc...

I wouldn’t even recommend giving a single star! Bloody hypocrites! They display something else and deliver the most worst product possible instead of what you ordered! They’re fraud! Don’t waste your money!

***WARNING***Would leave minus if I could. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. They delivered totally different to what I ordered online. Then they try to pacify with only 15% on next order only. Won’t be using that because won’t be using these unprofessional cowboys again. Stay clear and don’t use them.
