We paid £300 for two tickets. We never received the tickets, and Gigsberg will not respond to any emails.
They told us repeatedly that we would receive the tickets as soon as they became available, and they never arrived.
We are trying to get a refund but Gigsberg will not respond.
We are going to get Citizens Advice involved and contact the bank to try to issue a charge back.
So Angry!!

MY ADVICE IS CONTACT YOUR BANK AND TRY AND BEAT THESE BECAUSE THEY WILL ONLY LIE TO YOU..
They don't answer me the question how I could take responsibility for delivering the tickets to the new owner when I don't have any?! This is a group of scammers! I have already claim to the MasterCard and to my bank.
finally got 1 reply saying they woukd be sent out in august, nothing. and no reply to any form of communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!
I’ve never seen anything like this even in the Balkans where scamming is so common, I am simply devastated and can’t believe this is happening in United Kingdom and they can get away with it.
I paid over £400 for tickets in Jan 2020.
Concert cancelled in June 2020 I’ve had numerous emails confirming the Gigsberg terms and conditions stating I will get a refund after 3 months. It’s now 4 months and not a peep from them. I’m going to try chargeback with First Direct credit card. Never again
Edit: The tickets were purchased for 258 euros and Gigsberg deems the resale value to be 61.90 pounds.

Hello XXXXXX,
Thank you for responding. We are both aware that the concert was postponed. I just find it unreasonable that you would hold on to 258 euro of my money for another year for the sake of holding on to it. Doing business comes with small print like you are referring to, and I am aware of that, but it also comes with good customer service.
Put yourself in my shoes. I planned this a year in advance having saved up. I had to make sure kids were taken care of while away, had to arrange for plane tickets, plan time off in collaboration with my job, plan accommodation while in Ireland etc. etc. It is not an easy making everything fall into place.
You are essentially telling me oh well, just make the same arrangements next year. It is not like I live down the street and can show up any time I want - I live in another country. With that perspective in mind, please issue a refund.

Hello Jonas,
Thank you for your reply and for voicing your concerns.
Because the event has been rescheduled to the new date and according to our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed at the time of the purchase, it does not meet the criteria for restitution at this time.
We do, however, provide you with the opportunity to list your tickets for sale on the Gigsberg platform, should you find you are unable to attend the newly scheduled date for any reason.
With the event a year away, should you decide to list your tickets for sale, we anticipate they will sell successfully, however, we are hopeful you will have the chance to attend the event as you originally intended.
At this time we ask for your patience as the date of the event gets a bit closer before making a decision, as there is still ample time.
As all of us are affected by this global situation, we wish you to stay safe and well and please let us know if we can answer any further questions.

Gigsberg. Two tickets were legit & our kids had a great time.
Two tickets were fakes but Gigsberg only issued one refund. We won't use them again. I have all the proof we did not attend the conert, their customer service people told us we submitted the required proof but Gigsberg did not see fit to refund our money. We won't use them again.
