Spotted Jeff's van in the village, whilst he was completing another job. I asked for a card and a couple of days later, he came to quote for replacing some "steamed up" windows. His advice was clear and concise, his quote was very reasonable and with little hesitation, we asked him to proceed. A good decision. The work was done expertly, he was very polite, patient and most concerned to leave the jobs in a clean and tidy condition. Not only that, but he had spent some time, to locate and modify a replacement, for a broken window handle, which we happened to mention. I had no hesitation in giving Jeff 5 stars for a truly excellent service.

Fantastic Job by JEFF in replacing our broken french door glass with a new one. Jeff is a great guy who has given a free no-obligation quote which was the best competitive price in the market and replaced the french door glass with a new high-quality one, the job was done to a very high standard.

I can honestly say the service Jeff provided was very good from the day he came to measure windows and to the day he fitted the glass i would highly recommend Glassfix my windows look so much better with the new glass in, he was very honest professional and explanied the process i would always use Jeff again from Glassfix.

Rang Jeff up for a free quote, he came out next day and quoted me for 6 leaded windows that were misted up. I agreed the price and Jeff came out again to remove each window and etch the leaded pattern onto paper so that all of them would match exactly, how precise is that. I was very impressed with the element of care he took to make sure they matched the old ones. As soon as the windows were ready Jeff returned to fit the new ones. He also replaced two hinges on one of my other windows and a couple of latches on the rear door. Great job Jeff, thanks for your help.
Look no further Jeff’s your man.

He turned up at the time agreed, went below the speculative quote I requested over the phone, came back within a week with the two replacement panels. Pleasant, efficient - really all you could ask for. I would use again without question

Had 2 misted up windows for a couple of years, big names companies were either too expensive or not interested in small jobs. Found Glassfix on google and read reviews. Contacted Jeff who from beginning to end was very professional, prompt and did what he said he would do. Job completed and site cleared. Very pleased and no hesi6 on recommending Jeff and Glassfix. Spot on!

Kieran Walsh I don't normally leave reviews but have to say its easy to do if you get the service, the workmanship and value for money you get from Glassfix and more personally from Jeff (Norton). No fuss no bother instant quote, once agreed, time and date given for job to be done. Honoured exately. Very tidy worker never know any work had been done apart from fresh gleaming window replacing the shattered one that was there before. If you need to replace your glass look no where else.

We had 5 glass units replaced and the black rubber wedge gasket on almost every window in the house replaced. Jeff replied my initial querie on a Sunday and came to see the windows on the following Monday. He kept in touch and helped us deciding what was best. Two weeks after the job was done. On schedule, no surprises, very tidy and clean. Highly recommended.

Called Jeff after someone shot my window with a pellet gun he came out the next day within 4 days the double glass pain was replaced Jeff was a very nice person I would highly recommend him thanks Jeff Maurine McGlyyn Allesley

Having had a smashed French window just as 'lockdown' started Jeff gave us advice to stop the window falling out & competitive quote to 'replace' the window as a priority as soon as 'Covid 19' allowed.The work carried out by Jeff was superb. He is punctual, respectful of your property, thorough preparation & excellent value for money.Jeff also replaced some old, perished seals (which a different company had said "NO! We can't get those anymore"). Jeff fitted a better version of the seals which was the finishing touch to an excellent job.
