My first experience with Global Knowledge was a very positive one. Great content, labs, and most importantly, a very competant instructor who knows how to do more than just read off of slides. Kudos to him, and GK for delivering well organized content to their students.

I truly enjoyed this course, the instructor David Arborg (hope I spelled it right) was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. The customer service via chat was also super helpful to get me connected to the zoom platform for this switch over as I was having difficulties accessing the right class. The price was not bad. The delivery of the materials was very clear and explained very well. Overall, I am satisfied. I would have preferred to have a reminder email sent out one day prior to ensure I would not have any issues signing in and not be late for next time.

Course: 222222L: ITIL4 Foundation My first experience taking a course via ‘Virtual Classroom Live’ and it was great! The instructor, Michael Link, was very knowledgeable. He used great examples and analogies to help me understand the material more effectively. Excellent experience! Definitely recommend doing a course with Global Knowledge!

I usually prefer in class training but my instructor made it easy and just like it was in the classroom.

My Team and I completed Vendor Management with Alex! We are able to use what we learned to operationalize a better approach to vendor management. Don't let virtual learning put you off.

Michelina did a great job, she is very resourceful and patient, and those techniques create a great learning space.

I took an online course for Cybersecurity and had Ray as an instructor. Online classes can be very difficult to teach, however Ray made the experience outstanding. His knowledge and experience were very beneficial to the course!

The 5 day AWS DevOps course I just finished was extremely useful. Mukesh was very detailed and descriptive. He offer real world examples that were easy to relate to. I highly recommend him as an instructor.

John Pearson was an excellent teacher and he knows his stuff.

Just completed the Azure 301 training, Bob Spuntak the trainer. With Bob training, it was one of the greatest experiences on taking an online training. Bob, it was great to have you as a trainer and learn from you.

The trainer was patient and knew his stuff. Subject matter expert.

Administering Micro$oft SQL Server 2014 Databases (M20462) - Excellent course material and the training presented was very practical and concise. 5 Stars!

The instructor was clearly knowledgeable and excited about the topic (Amazon Web Services). The content of the course was well thought out and the slides and labs were helpful in explaining the main concepts.

I'd like to update my previous review which I left 1 star because of the course cancellation and invoice issue. My course was finally re-scheduled to March 10th. My in-person contact with the front desk staff and my instructor Chrissy at Ottawa downtown office changed my view on this company. The reception area, kitchennett and classroom are clean and tidy. What impressed me and probably other students was that GK serves morning and afternoon snacks (cookies, fruits, coffee, tea, etc) that look very fresh. Most important, my instrutor Chrissy knows very well what she teaches. She used plain English and spoke clearly to make sure the students could follow her. I have recommended GK to my coworkers and one of them said he would like to register for a level 2 Excel course. Thanks GK and Chrissy:)

Took 6683L - Microsoft Project Level 1 with instructor Kelvin Murray. Excellent course, I had zero experience using this software and after the two day course feel confident that I could use this in a work environment. Instructor was very thorough and easy to understand. I will definitely look to Global Knowledge for any future software training.

My instructor Chris was great. He knows his job well and made sure we were clear on everything we needed to be successful in passing the exam.
