No pictures for the items, only a default picture for all pieces in the flatware I was looking at. You have to click on specifications to see the amount of pieces per order, which is tedious. Otherwise good prices. Received items. No issues.

I tried to use Paypal on your site a week ago, the Check Out page kept cycling back to "You Need to Agree with Terms and Conditions". I kept clicking the appropriate button saying "I agreed with your terms and Conditions", and it kept cycling me back saying I needed to agree with them. I didn't have time or the inclination to go through the "Live Chat" or call the toll-free number, I just wanted to place the order through PayPal. Finally came back a week later and just used a credit card. Very frustrating!

You're fine. It's just that I hate having to check an agreement with the terms after going through the trouble of placing an order with any one. If the agreement would be first, before ordering, that would be preferred and Five Star.

I have been looking for this set of bowls since they are recommended by America's Test Kitchen. This is the best price I found including the shipping fee. They are light and easy to use, yet durable.

Site can be somewhat difficult to navigate...ex: I almost gave up trying to locate the knife "guards" because I was searching "knife covers" "knife sheaths" etc. and was coming up blank. Products are top notch, only negative thing was the shipping/handling charge for such a lightweight item.

Only place I could find my all time favorite work shoe for bartending. If they get more bar equipment I'm sure I'll get some next time! They're perfect! Just like the first time. Fit is right and got here so fast! Thanks! I'll be ordering from you again and again.

Awesome showroom and very knowledgeable staff. I went in for a few items and they had everything I was looking for and more. I am just a weekend warrior chef, and found all the best tools! I will definitely be back!

I am ordering from you because 30 years ago my son bought me this same brand and size springform pan . It has lasted for all this time beautifully! It is finally losing a little tightness in the closing latch. So I went on line and found your company. Thank goodness!

Globe's website had some great options, wasn't sure which was right for my facility so I called up and got Sara on the phone. She was super helpful and helped me figure out the right item. Quick order and shipping process. Very competitive pricing. I plan to use them again for our next purchases!

Billing page was irritating as it kept saying I needed more than 1 character for address, but I already had that. Seems like a weird glitch. I had to type the street address twice in order to satisfy the page that it was "complete"

Not happy about products are AS-IS. First time I have shopped Globe Equipment. These are a gift to my daughter who requested them and your company was the only one that had her size. I hope they come in good condition.

I have purchased many items over the years at Globe when I lived in Fairfield, Ct. Still visit the area and stop in to purchase cooking items needed that can not be found any where else. Thank you Will be back again

not good, would not take my order, kept saying to agree to terms & conditions, I clicked it agreeing to them but the page kept saying that, so I called up customer service and was on hold for another 45 min. I ended up hanging up cause I have a life) I then went back and tried another card & it worked, my order was placed. I hope I don't have to go through this again. tyvm.

Tim, Weverton and the whole crew provides the best service! Oh Heck Jay and Brian are ok too! And don't forget about Greg, without Greg they wouldn't be able to operate a Forklift the right way! The products are great, I love shopping at Globe, long time customer here.
