They give you only TWO HOURS to change your order, and when you try to, there is no way to contact anyone except to send them a message through email, which they said will take up to 3 business days for them to respond. I had ordered a phone case from them for my Samsung Galaxy A50 on Dec 10. The confirmation said that estimated delivery would be Dec 27. Here it is Dec 31 and there is still no phone case. They haven't even shipped it out yet! When asked about the status of my order, the person who responded said that my order was in the most "agile" form. Yeah right! I will never order from this company again!

This site has a spam spam issue. If you use their site, they will keep emailing you over and over regardless of how many times you unsubscribe. I'm sorry I ever used it.

I have not received my order from go-case, i spent 62.97, bought 2 cases and paid for tracking. The tracking says the exact same thing it has since april 10th! This was a gift for my youngest daughter and i am very disappointed with the situation. I try to email customer support and get a automated response saying iv reached them out of business hours, yes they are a different time zone Then i am but NO-ONE responds back at all! order # 0406270220804 tracking # LY111561980DE. This is not how a customer should be treated. My (other order witch was cheaper and placed on the SAME DAY i have ALREADY received weeks ago!)

UPDATE: I have been in contact with Sandra from gocase and she has helped me a lot. Even though they said the colour of the writing isn't deemed eligible for a refund, the product didn't fit my phone properly so she offered for me to try a replacement. And she even allowed me to get the colour I originally intended on purchasing. They clearly will do everything they can to guarantee your satisfaction with their service. 100% 5 stars.


I really want to give 5 stars because I really love the ideas this company have created. I love being able to get personalised cases for my phone. But I can't right now an I'm hoping the customer service is only this way due to the current situation we are in right now. I ordered 2 phone cases for my sister and I to be matching and when I looked on the confirmation email (after their grace period, which is fair enough) It says I ordered my case with a different colour writing that I know I chose, the picture reflects the one I chose but the colour said a different colour and that's the colour it came in. When it came, and I put it on my phone it didn't even fit properly. I created a "request" and only got a bunch of automated emails in return. I created a new request when I heard nothing from the first one, again to which I haven't heard back from. I even got an automated response to BOTH requests saying they were glad my request was fulfilled, problem solved! Definitely not resolved.

I was thinking of buying one of the gocases, but decided to read the reviews first. No thank you! I will go elsewhere for a phone case. FYI. I bought some EarPods from Eomoom on April 4. Still have not received them. I did like many of you trying to contact them, got invalid tracking number, canned email response, no response and no product. I wonder if these companies are one in the same or somehow linked. Terrible way to treat customers. I will certainly be more informed before ordering anything.

Placed my order for the classical rose initial glitter phone case and the wanderlust phone case on 16th April and received them today 29th April, 2 days earlier than expected given the 3 working days for production and 4 to 8 working days for delivery post shipping. The tracking number I received did not work when I clicked on the link but I checked their 'how delivery works' section which said that the delivery is by DHL. So I went onto the DHL website and tracked my parcel this way with my tracking number. Screenshot is available under the how delivery works section on the gocase website. Very happy with the phone covers but was expecting the cases to be completely smooth and the classical rose glitter initial case is not. The Initial is raised and you can feel the glitter which could easily get damaged. Otherwise, a very happy customer ????

I ordered two cases as my sisters birthday present and I’m so delighted with the whole process. From start to finish it was such a nice and easy experience and I cannot fault gocase. I ordered the cases on the 17th of May and they came today on the 29th of May. They are in perfect condition and are exactly like what I ordered online. Overall I’m so happy with my experience ordering from gocase and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I placed my order on March and received an emailed that it has shipped and according to gocase I should have received it by now. The track number they sent is invalid. I have emailed gocase twice I get No response back. Totally not a reliable business to operate in sure a Bad manor. Poor business 0 rating is my opinion.

I ordered my case on April 23rd. I have sent numerous emails asking for a status update. Nothing! They send back this automated response "We've opened a request for you, please check below and respond to us as soon as possible to help you"
So I reply back giving them the date the phone was ordered..conformation # and all. Still nothing!!
So basically they just took my hard earned money. I wish I would have read the reviews before I gave them my money. Its companies like this that make it hard for legit companies that actually try to do right by their customers. Im upset!! I hate to be scammed!!????????????????

I ordered the screen protector and case bundle, received the wrong tempered glass screen protector (iPhone 6 when mine is iPhone 8+) so followed up and was told I was going to receive a new one. I thought because there was a mix up I’d at least get it express but didn’t. Was only supposed to take 2 weeks but it has now been 3 weeks since it was sent. Now only being 4 weeks since I started using the case it had broken at the top. The quality isn’t worth the cost... regret shopping here unfortunately

I have ordered my gocase product since March 15 and till now no order has showed on my doorstep. I have left messages on different platforms and sent two emails but no reply. I wonder how you can run a company like this. Please let me know what happened to my order. This is totally a bad experience as a first time customer and highly unacceptable. People should think twice before ordering from these guys

I ordered my cases over 3 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived.
The tracking has not been updated since they supposedly sent my order.
Starting to feel like this was a scam all along.

I placed my order on the 4th April, was told it had been shipped on the 7th and yet I still haven’t got it! I was so excited to receive my phone case but think I need to face reality that it’s not coming. In that case I would like a full refund! I have also emailed and messaged Gocase only to receive nothing but automated emails back. This is very sad and reading all the reviews on here it’s not just me that it happened to!

Got a Gogrip and the pattern was pealing within an hour and now the plastic is stretched too, multiple requests sent and still now real reply!

I received my shipping notification email on the 6th May stating a delivery of 4-8 working days; it's the 23rd May and still nothing. I sent an email on 21st May asking for an update, and nothing forthcoming.
Incredibly disappointed.

I made my purchase on the 11th of April, got a tracking number, and low and behold there is nothing to track! I’ve never met a company lie so blatantly to me face after spending +$50 for my items, I’m so beyond angry right now because I’m just getting to the reviews! With everything going on I understand shipping but at least let it be known to your customers! At this point I want a refund because I know for a fact my items dint mean a single thing to this company!

I ordered a custom phone case on April 28th had some issues so I had to contact customer service and they were great got back to me immediately and helped me resolve my issues I just received my phone case today May 20th and it looks so amazing great quality and craftsmanship I’m am very pleased with my phone case it took a bit longer to get to me then excepted but it was worth the wait I actually just ordered a second case today to track your order if anyone is having issues with that try Deutsche post or DHL

My Grandma ordered a case three weeks ago and still has not received it. She spent $30 and it was supposed to be a christmas present but now we know that it is a scam and I hope this helps anyone looking to buy a case. Stick with amazon to avoid getting your money stolen.????????????????

I ordered 16 days ago. Received a confirmation email and yet my order still hasn't even been posted despite paying £5 for delivery! I've sent three messages to which I've had one automated response asking me to reply to the email. I did and have not had a response. Absolute shambles of a company!! I'm fully aware of the current situation and how it is delaying deliveries etc but Gocase haven't even bothered to post it out yet!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would as so far 1 star is 1 too many! Please don't bother buying from this company. Save your money and read these terrible reviews. I certainly wish I had!!
