I have emailed 17 times regarding a refund. I do not want to exchange it for a different city. Even if I had made it to Sydney, the attractions were closed and I am therefore entitled to a full refund as the services I paid you for were not available. But I am constantly getting fobbed off. This is an absolute disgrace and it totally illegal!! I have also left this comment on Facebook. Please private message me so I can give details and obtain a FULL REFUND!!!

I do recommend planning in advance, it took me a couple days to plan everything and to make reservations. We were in Oahu for 7 days and we used a 3 day pass. We fit in a lot those three days and the rest of the vacation we relaxed.

With the events of the last few months, the resorts closed and refunded everyone who had reservations, the airlines cancelled flights and refunded everyone who bought tickets, the rental car company refunded prepaid rentals and Go Las Vegas did nothing but sit on everyone's money. We tried numerous times to resolve this situation but Go Las Vegas flat out refuses to refund our money. They told us that they are unable to refund our money and the best they can do is extend our passes for one year so that they can be used at a later date.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in a situation like this.
Our five-year anniversary was a special time for us and we wanted to make it a memorable trip that we would normally never take, to fly all the way from the east coast to Las Vegas and see all the sights that the city had to offer. Sadly when our resort closed and our airlines cancelled our flights due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we realized that we weren't going to be able to have our trip.
Within the next few weeks, we contacted all the companies involved and as of writing this we have been fully refunded for all of our reservations and bookings with the exception of our Go Las Vegas passes.
The Mandalay Bay Resort gave us a full refund, with their apologies.
Enterprise rental company gave us a full refund, with their apologies.
Spirit Airlines (arguably the toughest industry when it comes to cancellations and refunds) gave us a full refund with their apologies.
Expedia went against their standard policy and even refunded our trip insurance, with their apologies.
Go Las Vegas told us we can come to Vegas next year.
Go Las Vegas is the only company that in the face of a global catastrophe is still holding on to people's hard earned and now much needed money. Even when people are out of work and struggling to pay their bills, this company absolutely refuses to budge on their no-refund policy. It is a disgrace and in the current economic situation should be considered criminal.
And in response to GoCity’s reply, no I don’t want to switch my passes to another city.
I want my f@#&ing money back.

Due to COVID19 as many others will have experienced we have been prevented from travelling. The extension of the ticket expiration is the GoCity answer. We are unlikely to be able to travel in that time due to work and children's schooling.
GoCity are unsympathetic and suggest visiting another location instead.
Good will and common sense would be to refund
Poor
Update 9th June as shown on the review timeline GoCity will look into this as I provided my booking ref. Apart from their original emails from the management refusing a refund prompting this poor review there has been no further contact from them. I am seeking a refund from my credit card company. I'll post any developments
