I had to complain to Consumer Protection to obtain a refund for defected product which could not be repaired or replaced. State Manager thought I should be more than happy with an in store credit. I didn't require any other item and consumer law clearly states if the seller can't repair or replace the item whilst under warranty then a refund is applicable.
I will never purchase anything from Godfreys every again.

I looked at Godfreys on line and was delighted to find that you still had this model available, and it was with Free Delivery, and a great price.
Using the online shopping site was easy and very user friendly. The courier that delivered it to my home was on time, friendly and helpful.
I would not hesitate to shop on line at Godfreys in the future.
