Please do not make any booking with Goibibo,
Goibibo is one of most cheater agency. I was having return ticket for Tokiyo booked through Goibibo, of Cathey Pacific airline, Airline confirm 100% refund due to flight cancel & next day rescheduled but since last 2 Days Goibibo is just playing with me & charging Rs 10000/- deduction.
I had 6 Call Each call duration was 17 Min to 40 Min, 3 Mail but Goibibo not bother to reply, they are concern only with commission.

And also If the booking was confirmed why did you team ask the invoice for new booking made for validation.
And if the booking was confirmed why did you guys keep this case hanging from 3rd May and i had to followup for the same , and now you tell me booking was confirmed didn't you guys know that the booking is confirmed .
Now you guys are trying to tell that a customer is liar , I would need the call recording where your executive has informed me that booking is confirmed i would need the full call recording and also i would need a mail from your end to be sent to the hotel marking me on it so that i can verify if the issue was sorted before me making the booking from expedia.
But if hotel acknowledges telling the issue from goibibo was sorted after me making booking from expedia then you will have to refund me the goibibo booking amount + the amount i have paid to expedia.

What's Wrong ??
1)The bus come late around 9.15pm.No prior information was given to us regarding this.
2)The bus is no way near Volvo .It doesnot have any blanket,charging sockets were not working and also somewhere not present.
Very conjusted while sitting.Poor Ac's.
3)Right from the start the bus speed and movement seems to be suspicious.The way driver was taking turn in a hilly area seems like we may soon be in the headlines of the next day newspaper titled 'Bus fallen from hill in Kullu'.Its very clear that the bus is not in good condition to drive.We constantly tried to reach FOX TRAVELLER but no one is taking our phone to help us.
4)After this drama,we finally called GoIbibo Customer Care Center and informed them about all these.From GoIbibo we got an excellent reply "PLEASE GIVE US 24 hour".I think they must be thinking of replying to our ghosts because the bus ride is getting more and more scary.
5)Around 4 am in the morning the bus stopped at a location.We asked driver what happened .He told us that some part of the bus has fallen somewhere.We asked him which part .He didn't gave us info.We have seen in the panel that it was clearly written that "BRAKE FAILURE ISSUE"..After that we refused to travel further from that bus and all the passengers get down.After that we asked for alternate but the driver is not listening to use and he is adamant to drive that bus..No alternate was arranged for us . They keep insisting us to take the bus although accepted that he is having problem in driving the bus
PLS NOTE THAT WE HAVE COMPLETED ONLY 33% of our journey in that bus which is displaying "BRAKE FAILURE".
What's next ???
We have arranged our own transport to reach to our home in Delhi safely.We got late by 5hours due to all these drama.After that we are constantly reaching Fox Traveller and Goibibo for our satisfactory refund but they are only passing the complaints from one department to another.
One Executive said that take 50% ,another said that take 60% and this keeps on repeating.
What we want
We want complete refund of our tickets.There is no point of settlement in between and why we should settle with GOibibo.
a)67% of the journey was completed by us on our own Expense + b) Our bus type got changed + c)All those frustations that we faced in risking our lives

I lost 16 K for travel cancellation, they charge extra amount for everything. don't trust/recommend these cheaters.

I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Hotel Gourish, Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra. The room booked was duplex type with Balcony.
Room showed the pictures of bathtub and It was promised that electronic safe case is provided in the room. But in the room, none of these were provided.
Goibibo had not provided complete information and misled on many fronts. We make these kinds of decision to book hotel based on the photographs only, which were misleading. Also, electronic safe was also not available which made us carry our valuables everywhere we roam. Goibibo group made us pay hefty amount by misleading.
I have registered complaint with Goibibo for over a month, and now i am given a reply with pictures of duplex room without balcony when the room booked by me was duplex room with balcony.
Also, when we reached hotel, staff did not let us use the AC, though the AC was available in room, saying that it is not included in the room charges and were asking additional money. At the time of booking it was not mentioned at all that the room was non-AC. On this Goibibo said that it is not mentioned in the amenities but when we asked why we were not informed that it is a non-AC room? Goibibo did not have answer for that.
We were traveling with a baby and this caused many problems in the summer heat.
Goibibo is saying that the refund of 2000 thousand is enough as we paid that amount to hotel for using AC for 1 night. We do not accept this.
Goibibo Does not accept their mistakes. Additionally, they harass the customer by getting them frustrated. I am done with them. Never book anything from Goibibo.

if you call them u need atleast half n hour to hold then if some answer the phone with lack of information . you need to hit your head to wall if you need to try to convinced them.
Do not book any kind of services with them else you life become helllllllllllllllll

Due to on going Covid situation, all international flights stand suspended. Qatar is one of the nicest flights, that refunds your full money if you, don't want to continue with the flight in future.
So naturally I asked Goibibo to refund my money via email. Goibibo tells me from past one month that they will clarify with airlines and refund me money.But for many weeks no updates on that.
So I try to call the customer care, call lands in hotel/railway departments even after selecting the proper IVR Menu. Customer care staff ask me to register for a "call back" via the web form. I do that several times. But the tickets are marked as "resolved" and I get no call from them.
My Emails to them are not answered. I get automated response saying it will be clarified.
Twitter handle does the same.They tell they will resolve but they do nothing.
If Airlines is ready to refund me my money, who are these people to keep my money blocked and not reply me?

Escalating this matter to management team by requesting through repeated emails and telephonic conversations, goibibo neither resolved this issue nor refunded my money and provided any compensation to me. This shows how this company is cheating and harassing customers and luring money from them in the name of hotel bookings. This is a scam between hoteliers and goibibo to loot extra money from customers who booked the hotel. This is not acceptable and really disappointing and hope this things doesn't happen with any other customers.This is the worst service ever provided by goibibo.
The customer service team are such shameless people that they don't reply to mails and don't even have decency to contact customers and resolve their issues.
This is absolutely shame of goibibo to provide this type of worst services.
I am now compelled to move legally and file a case in consumer court to get back my money and claim compensation against harassment.
