Going Group doesn't return damaged chandelier
Do not buy anything from this company! I have been struggling for weeks to return a damaged chandelier. They are refusing to accept the return, after requiring photos (two rounds of them) to show the chandelier hanging crooked and bent from the ceiling. Since they order from another manufacturer (they told me) they will not accept a return. They told me that I'd screwed the threads in wrong -- even though the chandelier came already assembled where the threads were bad. I've seen other reviews about this -- so buyer beware!

I don't even knew where to begin with this review, until I quickly remembered the facts that happened in the one-time I decided to purchase from this store.
My wife was pregnant (the baby is born now) and was putting up some wallpaper. We needed more and decided to order from GoingDecor as they were slightly cheaper when ordering a double roll, instead of single ones.
When the item arrived, we took it out of the box, and unwrapped, we realized the colors were lighter than what we had so far, which wouldn't match. Now, mind you the double roll was on its original package and we didn't even open the plastic it was wrapped into.
I then decided to contact GoingDecor for a return, as unfortunately it wouldn't match what we had so far (more than half of the wall already). The order was $60.14 + $7.95 shipping, with a total of $68.09
To my (our) surprise, they said they would have to charge a 15% restock fee which would be 9$ (out of the $60) and I asked them to reconsider it twice, to what they said it's on their policy and etc...
On top of it, I had to pay for shipping costs all by myself, and that MUST be either UPS or Fedex, which ended up costing me additional $12.96 from UPS on their cheapest rate.
End of story, their customer support was not only unreasonable and charged me 15% restock fee + shipping costs, but also got free money by not accommodating a first-time experience purchasing on their store.
Oh, and last but not least, their "customer support" did tell me I could get the restock fee waived if I decided to purchase something from them, instead of returning, for the same price or higher, in some kind of blackmail...

I can EASILY say this is the only and LAST TIME I buy from them and STRONGLY/HIGHLY advise you don't make the same mistake as I did.

I tried to put the coupon code SUMMER20 and it said I had to call someone and then I called and no one answered. Also I wanted a double roll but there was nowhere to click for that one. At the bottom it says you are going to email me but texts are better and I need this right away please

It was very hard to get to your sight. After I FINALLY got there ,.I put items in cart to order next day. No easy way to get back. When I did get back and scrolled to find the wallpaper I wanted, It saw alot and never mine. It would be nice if you had a box to put book and pattern # in. As I had both

I wish there's less pop up banners like this one I'm filling up right now. It's very annoying and blocks the entire page. I'm sure I'll be happy with my purchase. (the complain is just these pop up windows) Thank you.

Feel mislead by coupon offer for 25% for email address. It's only "select" items. I did place an order for an item I wanted and I'm grateful you carry it. Called customer service and they were helpful enough.

Pretty satisfied. The only disappointment is I ordered a different product than I wanted. Completely my fault. Wanted to exchange it but was going to be charged a restocking fee. Ended up using the original product. Now trying to order more of the same but price has increased. Hopefully they will accept the offer I made which is what I paid the first time.

I can't wait to get the samples and choose from my many selections. From there? The sky's the limit. My samples arrived in a very short time. 2 of the 3 were such a generous size. Now I want to paper the whole house

I was so happy to find this fabric! I have lots of home projects going on. Am anxiously awaiting samples I ordered. There is nowhere to shop for fabric here in Vermont, just decorators who charge top dollar plus their commission, so I am VERY happy to find you.

Hard to limit/fine tune what you're looking through as you have SO many options. Wish there was a "heart" or something to easily add it to favorites. Still haven't figured out how to do that.

I love this little plaque. It is one of my all time favorite sayings, and the plaque is very pretty and very reasonably priced. I have bought one for all of my closest family members to hang with special family pictures.

I will never use this company, I purchased a bedding for$200 and it came without a fitted sheet. I did not check at first when it came in the box. when I decided to use it I realized that the fitted sheet was missing, I called the company and they told me there is nothing they can do. All they did is told me to go and by a totally different sheet and gave me $15 credit... i have never seen anything like it. Very rude and unprofessional.

I tried ordering a light that was supposedly in stock, but after I placed the order they told me it was back ordered for another month. A month later when I expect to hear it has shipped, they tell me it will be another TWO months until it will be available. I communicated my disappointment and they responded with a negative and condescending tone. I will never do business with this crappy and unreliable company ever again. I told them I would write a negative review and here it is!

I ordered 3 samples and was able to use a coupon code for them. They all were delivered. I made my decision. Then went back and ordered the roll I chose. It delivered. The wallpaper came out great. I’ve had no issues. That was my experience. I am sure I will order wallpaper from them again.

My order has been in processing for 6 days, no idea if it will ever ship, I can not get an answer from the company. Do not waste your time or money.

Was, they said it was back ordered and they didn’t know when it would ship
Out, when it did ship they only sent one part of two hence delaying us by a further 2 weeks as they used standard courier to ship the missing item. Never again.

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 468 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
