I would not shop here again. The pendant lights I ordered looked nothing like the picture. The coloring was completely off. To send back will cost me $25 per item plus a 15% restocking fee. I will shop somewhere else next time!

I ordered 6 lights on August 26th. I was charged for all 6 and received 1 light with a packing slip saying that all 6 shipped. Called Going Light to see where the other 5 lights were and was told they are backordered for 4 weeks. I attempted to cancel my order and send back the 1 I had already received however they encouraged me not to. Called 6 weeks later asking the status of the other 5 and was told this time they were backordered "indefinitely". Again attempted to cancel. I purchased new lights from another store and within 2 days I received the remaining 5 from Going Lighting. Call them to return it and they told me I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. The customer service agent even said " I see here where you wanted to return it."
Oh did I mention they are also telling me I have to pay the return shipping too.

Crooked business I do not recommend.

Going Group doesn't return damaged goods
Do not buy anything from this company! I have been struggling for weeks to return a damaged chandelier. They are refusing to accept the return, after requiring photos (two rounds of them) to show the chandelier hanging crooked and bent from the ceiling. Since they order from another manufacturer (they told me) they will not accept a return. They told me that I'd screwed the threads in wrong -- even though the chandelier came already assembled where the threads were bad. I've seen other reviews about this -- so buyer beware!

I recently purchased a ceiling fan for my family room. About a year ago I had purchased one for my bedroom and I liked it so well that I ordered the same fan for the family room. After I installed it, it was not working as well as the first one so I called Goinglighting.com and spoke with Elena. They immediately diagnosed the problem from my description and sent me a new control unit for the fan and a matching remote. The install was easy and now the fan works properly. I would definitely recommend Goinglighting.com and I will be doing business with them again.

I bought a chrome trim 12 pack for recesed lights. I got it from #goinglighting because one of our friends had got it and the website says they 110% price match. I called them and now they dont want to honor their word and tryiong make excuses. Horrible customer service. Every other website has it proced lower than them and yet they dont want to price match. Its a big scam!! Extremely dis satisfied and I am planning to return the product even if I have to pay for shipping. Never ever shop from #goinglighting. They are hugely unprofessional and cant honor their word.

In today's day and age and having Amazon deliver to you on the same day you should not have to pay $199 shipping charges to return the product (They only allow UPS or FedEx) in addition they charge 15% restocking ($90 in my case) fees. I bought the lights and when they arrived they were simply too big for the room so I started the return process.

Simply put their prices are good but if there is any chance that you need to return anything to this place then you should not buy from them. I made a $250 mistake doing so. They are also under GoingLighting.com, and Goingdecor.com

We ordered five coach lights for our garage and home. One was defective, so I emailed customer service and they were on the case. They sent a replacement with no hassle and did it quickly. Five stars!!

I reached out to your company because I had just purchased a Quoizel ceiling light It’s a beautiful product however when we were done installing it we noticed it was bent I emailed your customer service and contacted Leah She was very helpful and kept me informed of everything that was being done I am a new customer and this kind of service make a customer feel valued

I purchased a pendant light, alchemy by Troy lighting. The shade was slightly damaged in shipping. A quick email and goinglighting.com had a new one shipped within a week. It's beautiful and priced less than buying with a professional discount.

I recently needed to order a light fixture. Everyone else had this light on back order with no indication of when it would be back in stock. Goinglighting helped me all along the way. At one point I decided to cancel the order. Customer service was immediate with their responses to me. I circled back, ordered the "back ordered" light. They said it would be in stock March 12 - today I received notice that my order shipped. Excellent customer service. I will be back. Thank you

I bought two chandeliers from this company at an excellent price. They got my credit card information, sent me order confirmations, but six days later they emailed me to say they were cancelling the orders because the products were discontinued. Why would they even let my order go through in that case, and why did they wait six days to tell me? This leads me to believe they are a very disorganized business. I'm very disappointed and this has left a bad first impression so I will not be placing an order with them again.
