Matt in residential sales was able to assist me with hardware for 2 doors. 3 days later our hardware arrived. Thank you so much Matt. I am thankful I did not have to stare at a hardware wall in a big box store. Thank you for taking the time to make sure we purchased exactly what we needed. New doors get installed in about 3 weeks. Worse customer service, no knowledge of the product, order status, delivery or anything! Feel lucky if you ever get them on the phone or actually get an answer to your question. Our product is about 20 day behind schedule and they have no excuse or reason for that. They gave me a simple, "sorry about that", never a returned call or email.

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi

I am writing this to give Victoria Wooton and Craig Auberger kudos in a job well done.If not for this corona virus mess going around i would hug them,lol.But they got me some items that the manufacturer was charging a ridiculous amount of money for each individual piece and GoKeyless got me a bulk amount at an unbeatable price.I cannot thank them enough and will highly recommend them from here on out.

Tech Department REALLY CAME THRU! We are property management and have dealt with GOKEYLESS since there were a tiny operation, years ago. They were always helpful, went out of their way to explain the choices and the products we purchased are still working. When we needed an upgrade I decided to contact Tech Support first to work out what we wanted prior to purchase. I struck it rich when Drew Rogers answered the phone. He took his time and we bought our new upgraded WiFi Access products due to his expertise and patience with me and above all, his product knowledge. Over a weeks period of time I emailed Don Kleiner many times with questions about the Trilogy lock system. And no matter what I asked he had the correct answer for me very quickly. Don is an extremely knowledgeable representative for the company and for the locks themselves. He is the kind of sales person that when he recommends something you know it is for your good not necessarily so he gets a larger commission, which he may not even get a commission. At no time did he attempt to load me down with items that I didn't need.

Spent some time with Matt today entering new users, programing master lock, programming DTM, export csv files, and editing lock profiles. His patience was much appreciated. Completed the tech session with no lingering questions.

We have a Kaba Simplex 5000 with nob handle on our outdoor gate. We tried to change the combination recently and discovered the lock was malfunctioning. After speaking with Kaba they deemed the lock faulty. Lucky for me Zach Tracey from GoKeyless made it easy. A new lock is on the way and Zach sent a return label so I can ship back our current lock when the new one arrives. One thing to note is you do need to pay for the new lock and you'll be refunded for the old one after you ship it back. I'm just glad the process was fairly simple and that I'll be getting a new lock soon! Thanks Zach!

I was a bit apprehensive purchasing keyless locks that needed programming. Chad at GoKeyless helped us so much, with the initial section, ordering and tips on installation, that made things simple and straightforward. We initially purchased two locks, then purchased two Gateways for the locks for remote management. Communication was prompt and professional throughout, and any questions I had were answered fully. I cannot say enough about Chas and GoKeyless!

I ordered the wrong item and was given a RMA No. to return the item. I returned the item with the RMA on the address label, as required, but never received my refund. As a result of their lack of response, I can not recommend Gokeyless.com.

Spoke with Tristan Marshall about getting some locks for a job I'm working on. He initially tried to help me but I realized the locks he was recommending weren't going to fit. This was pretty disappointing since I'm relying on his expertise. He told me he would find some other locks and after nine days and three emails to him later, he doesn't respond anymore.

There are many choices in the keyless market but Patrick and Victoria were so knowledgeable and helpful that is was an easy decision to go with GoKeyless. The personal attention and the confidence in their support brings great peace of mind and we highly recommend them!
