Gold Traders

I'm glad I found this website using a google search. I posted some pre 1947 coins and a sterling silver napkin ring on Monday using second class large letter post ( not recommended by the site as not insured for the full value but I decided to take the risk ). They emailed at 9:30 am on Tuesday to say they had my parcel and then emailed the valuation, giving weights for each quality of the silver, at 10:34 am and gave me the opportunity to accept or reject their offer. I accepted the offer, because it was good, and received the money into my bank account later on the Tuesday. On the basis of the above, it's impossible for me to give less than 5 stars and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

After doing some research, having never done this before, I decided to try Gold Traders. Very pleased I did. Weighed my gold and silver, filled in the online claim form giving me an estimate of valuation based on my figures. Accepted terms and then got an immediate confirmation email. Posted package special delivery as requested. Got another email confirming its safe delivery the following morning. By the afternoon I got another email giving me a final valuation (less than my own which I expected because of weight differences due to gemstones and possible inaccuracies of my weighing scales). I accepted and the money went into my account shortly afterwards and I got another email confirming payment. An excellent experience with great customer service. Highly recommend!
