I had an iPhone 7 in excellent condition and GoRoostr helped me navigate through the process of getting all of the information it needed to process the sale to it. A lot of the steps were beyond my ability to understand at first, but GoRoostr has highly competent people to help and they do it without demeaning my lack of knowledge; in fact, they act just the opposite, by agreeing that the process can be complicated, but took me through it step-by-step. I will go back to them in the future.

I received a higher payment estimate than both Apple and Gazelle ( $5-$10 more) and the best thing is that they paid me the same day they received my laptop and payment comes via Paypal so I get it same-day. Apple will only give you a credit to spend on their website. Extremely happy with the entire process!

I separately sold 2 Mac laptops to Go Roostr--a MacBook 2018 and a MacBook Air 2017. For each of these, the price offered was as good or better than others online and the service was excellent. I just boxed each laptop and taped on the provided address label. A check arrived about a week after I sent the laptops, and I could have been paid sooner through paypal.
