Rubbish customer service, I been with them over 4 years and today I got disconnection notice over last year balance of £1.79. when I called the guy in accounts have no idea what to say. they have no complain procedure in place and now I am thinking to change my service provider.

Gradwell have been gettting worse since I started using them 7 years ago and now it is a joke.

Three weeks ago we had no phone connectivity for a week as our line went down. Now we cant make or receive any calls.

You cant get through to anyone in service or accounts now on the phone and you have to submit an online query whihc is not answered with any priority.

The only peolpe you can talk to are the sales team so they can tale your money.

I dont receommend them at all and I am now in the process of changing as enough is enough.

We currently have our fibreline from Gradwell, in fact we've had it now for over 4 years and we have been absolutely delighted. As a business having a 100% reliable service is very important. The team at Gradwell are super helpful and always willing to look at innovative solutions.

Gradwell are very knowledgeable in their field, will all staff able to provide detailed comprehensive assistance, especially Nathan, who really knows his stuff.

We've worked with Gradwell for a number of years now and find the relationship a valuable one. Kieran our account manager goes out of his way to help which ensures we can offer a good service to our clients.

From the start with James setting my account up and Ashton Griffin getting me sorted with the control etc they have been brillent I would highly recommend them to any business and I will be telling business associates about them

Kieran Fellows has amassed a great knowledge of telecommunications over his 10 years plus with Gradwell, he is one of those go to guys when you need something sorted out and fixed - Kieran is you man!

I would just like to say as an IT Consultant the team at Gradwell make my life easy from putting together an order and setting up a new clients account, to installing the phones or Internet connection nothing is to much or to little for Gradwell, they give me five star service I regard the team at Gradwell although I have never met them as my friends "TOP PEOPLE".
Everyone at Gradwell stands out but thank you Kieron Fellows for all your help over the years and your email first thing this morning :-)
NOT forgetting Jason Spencer My Broadband specialist !!!!!!!

AVOID GRADWELL
I'm not a technical person however I was introduced to VoIP and Gradwell about 7 years ago and without shopping around I subscribed to their "service"
It served a purpose but there was a lot of technical issues and down time and nobody ever returned calls. Seven years ago landlines were a vital part of my business and losing them for hours or even days sometimes was challenging. Worst part no one ever returned calls.
But nothing compares to the experience with them over the past 2 weeks. We started to receive emails from them saying we are reaching our limit on outgoing calls. Something that can never happen as 99% of our landline use is incoming.
We responded to every incoming email from Gradwell saying its impossible that we're reaching our limit but without any response.
They suspended our service!!!!!
I has to call them about 4 times to finally get our service reconnected.
Then the issue of these calls. It turns out they were being made to a premium rate number which was not the case. They told me it was to a government department which is unlikely on a premium rate service and eventually agreed to credit our account with that amount.
Then the invoice came through which included the premium rate calls without the credit. I emailed and requested they credit the account as agreed and not draw that amount from our bank account. Email ignored as were the following 2 more.
On Friday before leaving the office I sent an email categorically forbidding them to enter my bank account under any circumstances and take that money without the credit.
Monday morning I arrive at the office to see they had taken the money. Fortunately my bank were very helpful and reversed the payment.
I immediately emailed Gradwell and told them what I had done and asked them to call me.
I heard nothing, but my entire service has been cut off no in or outbound calls.
Thankfully I have alternative landlines and all my clients were notified without disruption.
Would I recommend Gradwell
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM

We’ve used Gradwell for VoIP for the past year or so, and during that time they have provided top notch service and support.

As a company we've been with Gradwell for about 15 or so years - possibly longer. In the past year or so I've spoken to Josh as our account manager and he's super responsive and helpful; goes above and beyond to help us secure deals or find solutions for potential customers. Also picks up the phone if he thinks it'll be easier for everyone to talk about it rather than back and forthing through emails.

I have been working with Gradwell for 10 years now and nothing has changed since day one in regards to the support for partners, the quality of the calls and service are really second to none. I deal with them on a daily basis and everyone I speak to is friendly, courteous and professional.

We are a small firm of accountants and rub an Indian office Gradwell has allowed us to communicate seamlessly between offices and support has been second to non.
