Customer service very friendly and knowledgeable and delivery was prompt and just in time for Christmas - had phoned expecting to be told it would be a delivery after Xmas but they said no problem and got the delivery to me the next day.

I ordered 3bottles of Bug Soothers for my holidays. Left it very late & emailed the company to see if they could guarantee delivery for Mon (it was Thur eve/ Fri am). They emailed back to say yes, although normally extra for postage. I received my order in Sat morning so wet happy.

I placed an order with Grahams at 15:30 in the afternoon and the next day in less than 24 hours I received the package.
It came all the way from Inverness the other end of the country.
Amazing!

I only ordered the jacket last Saturday and it arrived on Monday which was great. I have rated it with five stars but I'm not keen on the fur around the hood as there is far too much of it and is a very heavy weight. I can detach it though so I still love the jacket which is so soft and a perfect fit.

I have never visited this site before although I have been buying fly tying materials for over 10 years. I was delighted to find that their range of materials was extensive and all the odd things I needed were there. I had failed to find most of my list from my usual suppliers.
Service was very efficient and delivery was incredibly prompt.
So I am a convert and will be trying Grahams first in future.

Cant rate the rod I have paid for because, here we are seven days later and I still haven't received it. So buying it was ok but it went downhill from there on.

I bought on line, two of the same item in different sizes. We returned the one that didn't fit and the refund came through on the same day the item would have arrived back in Inverness. We live on the islands so this type of service is essential, reliable and efficient. Thank you Joy!
