Tony, the driver was very good. He was knowledgeable, had a good presentation and added a bit of humor. Unfortunately the bus broke down but Tony and the company handled it quite well. The only issue was the driver who picked us up at Long Harbor and took us to the bus station was very rude.

I would have given it 3.5 stars if offered. It seemed we rode in the bus more than anything. I felt like we floundered with little instruction or suggestions at Fanueil Hall - Weren't sure where to go, what to do. The time we were off the bus was short. Would have liked to have known that the USS Constitution is closed to the public on Monday's. We were very disappointed about that! We rode by things but didn't stop. Our driver,Tony, was funny and very knowledgeable and informative. He navigated these busy, narrow streets quite expertly!

the boat in Hyannis Port was out of business for one and a half week! Grayline was not able to make reservations for another boat!! I live far away in Europe and would have seen it all (in this case the Kennedy compound).
We were told about the incident half a minute before he tour started! The driver did his best, but I didn't like this.

Our first time to Boston was amazing! If it’s your first time too, you do not want to miss the Grayline Boston Total Experience full day trip! Be sure to get Sam, tour bus driver, historian, and true American Patriot! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way for everyone on the bus to make sure we had a good time and even threw in some bonuses! My husband and I were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary the day of our tour and he made us feel special! We made friends with people on the bus too! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Boston experience. We loved traveling into Cambridge, Lexington, and Concord. Sam taught us so much about our American history and pointed out things we might have missed, if we had been on our own. We loved the planned itinerary with all the highlights and stops along the way! It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much Grayline and, especially, Sam! Xoxoxo

I was not told where to board and how to go on to the 45mins grand cruise. The Driver dropped me off at the location. But what he missed to mention was that i had to get a boarding pass from the office. Because of this miscommunication i was not allowed to board the cruise and i missed it, although i paid extra for this.
Can you refund the extra money i paid for the 45 mins cruise??

Please provide a driver who doesn’t watch a TV programme on his phone while driving. Also if you pick guests up from their hotel you should return them to their hotels, not dump then in town with lots of shopping as they did to us.

This was our second Grayline Tour. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The tour guide and the driver were both great, and the amount of effort the guide put in to telling us interesting information and showing us additional areas of interest was impressive. Fabulous weather too and wonderful foliage displays. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, Tony, was funny, informative, polite, and a great driver. Additionally, I lost my purse while on the tour and he went above and beyond trying to help recover it.

The Drive-Tour Guide, Sam I am, was excellent as he provided a lot of information in an interesting manner. His knowledge of the revolutionary time period was outstanding. A key element to his success included his ability to continuously provide facts, people names, dates, etc. Other drivers experienced in the past left 5-10 minutes without talking resulting in in lost interest. Sam kept our interest in the tour the entire day. The Driver, Sam I Am, was excellent as he provided a lot of information a would recommend Sam and Gray Line to all tourists.

Excellent guide and driver. Bus seemed tired; a/c didn't work and bus entrance difficult to navigate. Bottom step was too high.
The Elms and The Breakers were amazing to see. Gilded age done to perfection.
Most beautiful 10 mile drive equal to California's 17 mile drive without wildlife.

We took the 3 hour Boston tour with Harbor Cruise option. Jeremy, who works in the office, was amazing. He brought cruise tickets to us at the harbor so we could use them before 1:15 bus tour. So impressed! Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. This was a great experience with a well organized tour company. What a bargain! I highly recommend this experience.
