I excepted that I couldn’t go!
Later that week I received another email still advertising both dates!
I was told that the 3rd was still too close to book, but I could have a double room for sole use on 17th on payment of single subsidy. This had not been mentioned on my first enquiry.
I have booked to join your group on 17th September, and am looking forward to it.
I was disappointed with my first experience and can’t understand why the company keep advertising dates that they cannot meet, the advert came through again this week!
I only hope that I am not going to be disappointed with the holiday itself, as it looks amazing.
Ask me again on my return.
It can be done. We are waiting for a full refund. Our first experience of GRT and not good.

I enquired about a holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia and spoke to Ben Norris who said he would phone me back with answers to my questions as I do not have a computer but he emailed me instead and I am unable to access his attachments so
Have now booked a holiday for next year with another company.
Please DO NOT send any information regarding my upcoming holiday with you via email as I am not able to access or download attachments.
Although they still keep sending me my travelling companion travel details which I then have to send on to her, despite many many phone calls to request she receives them direct. I do the booking my friend lives in a different area to me and it is nice to have her own travel/accommodation details
However the documentation side did not work quite so well.
The initial proposed mailing date suggested on the customer portal meant that the documents would have arrived 1 day after I was due to leave. This took a couple of phone calls to get the mailing date revised to suit my bespoke trip dates.
The pack of documentation eventually arrived, including a tailor made schedule for my intended trip, with instructions to "use the enclosed E Tickets to check onto my flight. No E-Tickets had been provided and this took 2 more phone calls to get them mailed to me rather than to the tour guide who was travelling 1 week later with the main tour group.
This was all sorted eventually but it would have been better if GRJ had recognized that my trip varied from the main tour party and altered the documentation dates and items to be sent themselves with requiring chasing phone calls from myself

For the actual holiday, the information pack contained ambiguous information about the itinerary which did not match the brochure. I needed to make a telephone call to clarify the situation.
