I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

THIS IS A SCAM! Don't waist your time. On January 3 I submitted an offer for a Sony OLED 65" TV and it was accepted January 7. Now 3 weeks later, while my account still indicates my accepted offer is "being processed", I have heard nothing from the company and my many attempts to contact them via email and telephone have been completely ignored. In my opinion, the positive reviews found online must be submitted by Greentoe stakeholders.

When your offer got accepted, dont be happy so soon. My offer got accepted and money is charged then they can cancel and remove it from accepted item with reason retailer accepted by mistake :) atleast they refund lol, any scam website can do the same thing. Very bad experience from my first accepted offer.

Put in an offer for a new Sony camera. Got a counteroffer the same day. After looking around some more for any better deals, I decided to accept the counter. The price ended up being slightly less than buying the camera used, after factoring in tax and shipping. I was able to track my shipment through the Greentoe site all along the way and the camera was delivered as expected. The retailer included a copy of the receipt and a personal thank you note. I would definitely use Greentoe again for future purchases.

Bought a Sony camera , no invoice paper, send emails couple times, never responded, so I can't return it because no receipt. Then I dispute that transaction, and all the FxxKer show up now, response the email and give the receipt, then I ask for return, because I am satisfied with each the service and quality.....well now greentoe said: their return policy is 30 days, you pass the day so can't return it.....WTF

Either retrain or let him go. Pushy and ineffective. Nothing like a used car sales experience. Trying to leverage a $100 difference into getting me to overpay for a TV. * unprofessional and overall terrible representative of greentoe brand. I bought a rather expensive Canon camera through Greentoe. Upon receiving it I immediately noticed hot/stuck pixels in the EVF. I emailed Greentoe about the issue at which time they copied the seller. Four or five days go by and I haven't received any return information from the seller. Apparently the seller was only replying to the Greentoe customer service email address. Greentoe forwarded the seller's reply to me which contained a return address and RA number. Greentoe's FAQs say "If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing parts, or otherwise compromised upon receipt, the retailer will send you an RA number and pre-paid label with instructions on how to return" Their FAQs also say "You will get a proper receipt from the retailer that has accepted your offer. This allows you to register the product and get the full manufacturer warranty!" I did not receive a receipt of any kind and it's been a challenge so far to get one (I still don't have one.) Due to the fact that they don't honor their policies and the customer service has been dubious at best, I don't plan on buying anything else through Greentoe.

I had never heard of or used Greentoe before my recent purchase of a new camera. Essentially, you find your product if they offer it, set a reasonable purchase amount lower than what's currently being offered by other retailers. Then you go back and forth with unnamed retailers that want your business and are willing to offer a reasonable discount on that item. Once you find an agreeable price, which could be your initially set amount, the product is yours for said price! I saved at least $250 on a $1300 purchase, or around 20% off compared to market retail value. This is totally worth it and will be my go-to site when shopping.

I was shocked when I placed my order on Sunday and could have received my TV on Wed. I scheduled for a Thu delivery and received a box in perfect condition and a TV with no issues. An overall great experience at a really competitive price, I would order again without question.

Recently purchased a new TV from greentoe. They got me a great deal that beat every other retailer I could find and made sure the process went smoothly. I was a bit worried about shipping but the TV is in perfect condition. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Your mileage may vary since Greentoe is essentially the broker for several other retailers, but my experience was superb. I placed a bid on new Sony headphones and was accepted within a day. Shipping took place almost immediately and I'm now enjoying my new headphones at a fraction of retail cost. I have no experience with returns but the contact I had with Greentoe customer service was positive. The money you save is worth the unorthodox process of ordering.

The price was very competitive, and the TV arrived in lesser than 5 business days. I don't think there was any risk involved with the purchase at all and feel comfortable shopping through Greentoe again.

I'll look at slick deals when looking for big ticket items and saw greentoe.com listed. Was a bit leary about putting my payment info in to increase my odds of having my offer accepted but figured the cards fraud protection would shield me. End result is I paid $400 less then an on sale price for a q80 65 inch tv.

I'll admit, when I first learned about Greentoe I was skeptical. There's definitely an element of risk involved -- their middleman approach makes ordering, shipping, and follow-up more complicated. However, my experience ended up being great, from offer to order to delivery. The Greentoe staff I interacted with were friendly and responsive, I got a great deal, and my item arrived quickly and in great shape. I was waiting to see how this first time went before considering Greentoe again, but now I'm definitely interested in purchasing through them in the future.

I put in my offer and after a few days, received a notification that it was accepted...paid, got prompt shipping confirmation and it arrived brand new in box! I ordered a Fuji 16mm lens from Greentoe. The process was really simple. I said how much I wanted to pay, and in a couple of days I had an offer. It wasn't as good as I was hoping for, so I waited and got another offer that was better. Saved like 20 percent off retail. The shipping was pretty fast and overall the whole experience was great. Would totally use them again.

I purchased a LG C9 65" TV through the service and received a very good price with no sales tax! Plus, the Greentoe service ensured it was through a merchant that was accepted as a LG approved vendor. Greentoe even registered my product for me. Very good experience! Love my TV - even love it more because of the price!

I submit my offer then got accepted, they charged money and prepare for shipping, i was vey excited to get my item but after 1 day, they sent email to let me know that they will cancelled my offer and return my money, reason is retailer accepted my offer by mistake and the remove my accepted offer and changed it to expired offer with date expired is in the future lol.
