I need a battery for my car during covid 19 lockdown. Most of the local garages were closed so I tried my local GSFcar parts they said they on line stop was open. I put my car registration in , looked up the recommended battery for my car, purchased it as easy as that . Thanks GSF

order online 4x Copper washers for injectors, next day when I was on the way to collect, after 20 miles driving 5 minutes to arrive they rang me saying they just got 3 washers. couldn't do the job on weekend, cause my car is 4 cylinders. they didn't give me any solution, just said, next monday we have another washer. may be I should ask if they will pay to drive another 50 miles ???? poor service not trustable... now still waiting someone who can sell just one Cooper washer to do the job!!! cause usually they just sell a set of 4!!! shame!!!! sometimes what seems to be cheap becomes expensive!!! my order was #101175625

Deserve zero stars but don't have that option. I will try to summarise - I ordered and paid for parts for my car online but the GSF website gave me wrong part number for my car (used the reg number so their error) They then send me a completely different part anyway. Found one of their branches open who would answer the phone (finally) took the wrong part back after they agreed on phone to exchange ( a round trip of 40 miles). When I arrive they tell me I have to pay again for the new part(wasn't told that when I called) while I wait for a refund on the wrong one and it turns out the correct part is much more expensive. No suggestion that because THEY cocked it up TWICE perhaps they should give me the correct replacement and simply let me get on with it. Instead I was told the option was I either pay up or simply give everything back and they cancel the order and I buy them somewhere else!!!! Customer service?? What's that? And who knows how long the refund for what I had ALREADY PAID would take .... they couldn't tell me. I sent an email to their contact address on the website to ask for help but got what was essentially a series of stock emails back asking for information I gave them in my first email !!...... and there is no one available in the complaints department to speak to. Honestly, I appreciate the issues of Covid 19 but if you can put people on the front line in your shops then you can staff your complaints department....... I am not aware that anyone that caught the virus via a phone call. Quite frankly GSF this is a shambles and a very poor way to treat customers especially if you want them to carry on being one.

I needed an electrical relay,it came in good time,was the correct part,and was well packed.I was worried that,the email said `pump relay`,but on the reciept ,it said `special instructions,so all was well.It was an ECU one.

I have not received my parts after 6 days and was told it would be next day delivery! Disappointed

I purchased a replacement battery for my Landrover Defender TD5 last week, upon delivery there was some leaking electrolyte. I did not at the time this was a major issue, but I noted the battery output at under 9 volts. Starting has been a problem, and I had my usual garage check the battery today. As I had to jumpstart the vehicle again, they checked battery output at 10.3 volts. The comment from the garage was the alternator was giving the charge, but the battery, did not look particularly new. My question is, is this an older battery which has sat in a warehouse for some time. I am certainly unhappy at this purchase

Ordered a set of brake pads for a Mazda 2 during lockdown I am not a Key worker so used the basic mail order service , delivery was set at 3 to 4 days I received the pads in 3 days this is excellent. Thanks.

Very quick delivery arrived in 2 days which is good especially with a virus holding up all postal deliveries, europarts took 13 days from purchase, will use GSF in the future

The battery was ordered late afternoon and two days later was delivered. Really great service

The battery supplied was stated as the correct battery for a 2003 Mazda MX5 1.8 it did not have the correct breather holes and was also too high but after unpacking and cleaning it down owing to the fact that some one had laid it on its side as it was covered acid and I had thrown the plastic bag away I managed to modify the clamp and the breather holes to fit.
