Ordered at midday on a Thursday and delivered by midday the next day. Cannot fault the speed of delivery and my (now) pride and joy was in my hands unblemished and in faultless condition. A great service, a fantastic price and a thoroughly enjoyable transaction experience.

Guitar arrived next day as stated, what arrived was even better a fender strat original 60s model in shell pink, sound is unbelievable from it, guitar guitar were spot on

I ordered on line after I had bought a Taylor guitar in store and I had such great service and assistance with my choice. I was given a gift certificate as a Christmas gift as I had spoken so highly of the service. I finally remembered it was there when re arranging my music area and I was surprised about how much choice there was and how easy it was to place my order. It arrived the following day well packed and I have to say that Guitar Guitar have again surpassed.my expectations.

Thanks, loving my guitar and the accessories I got on line.

I recently purchased a charvel guitar with a caramelized baked neck... omg this this is not my normal kinda guit but I asked the shop for some recommendations and my taste an styles an just waw!
I am in love with my newest addition an the V12 financial deal I have set up is perfect I'm paying Penny's a month for 2 years an had the baby 2 days later maybe 3!
I'm so happy!

I placed my order on a Friday, paid the extra for Saturday delivery and it arrived intact and on time - what more could you ask for?

Two products apparently dispatched the same day, but arrived one day apart. Did not get an email confirmation of purchase, but fortunately I printed out the final page of the online transaction showing ‘Paid’. Suggest you send an automatic confirmation of payment receipt.

GUITARGUITAR's website and online ordering service is second to none! There is a fantastic choice of guitars and guitar-related effects and the shopping experience is so friendly with comments and explanations of how the effects work, that it is very easy to just keep buying!!

I really like this shop, the costumer service is incredible, guitar guitar is a very good site to be informed about music instruments and budgets, also is the best site to make a right choice for what you really need to buy!!

I purchased a Martin 16 Series with an excellent saving, couldn’t get close to GG price anywhere. Guitar came quickly with plenty of communication. I then ordered a couple of guitar stands on a separate order. Having received them I realised that I had paid delivery as they were a lower order value. Spoke to Chris on the chat facility and explained the situation and he Instantly refunded me the carriage! Great service and as a result If their approach I am about to buy a Taylor from them

I've been a regular customer of guitarguitar in Glasgow for several years and have always found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. On my latest visit to their Glasgow store I was shown a number of very nice acoustic guitars and negotiated a deal to trade in the guitar I had with me against a beautiful new Martin with sinker mahogany back and sides.
