I started with Gulis during the pandemic, and it was one of the great achievements I achieved during this time. Gulis has equipped me with lifelong knowledge of food and exercise, which has ultimately allowed me to lose the kgs all in a healthy and controlled manner. At no point was I hungry or craving something else. All the food was so so delicious and the meals were consistent during the day. And despite only being given 4-5 recipes for each meal for the month, in fact there many options she mentions that allows you to swap out items and change up the meals to give yourself more variety. With regards to the exercise, she catered to the equipment I had a home. The weekly updates also helped me stay on track as it would encourage me to keep going. I really recommend the gulislifts programme!

Gulis helped me to realise the importance of making sure my body was fuelled correctly and motivated me to finally powerlift after having wanted to do it for so long!! As long as you have the willpower and discipline to change your lifestyle, Gulis will do as much as humanly possible to help you in your journey! It would be nice if there was a platform or something where old clients could keep updating their progress, it is a means to keep motivated.

I am so incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to be mentored and coached by Gulis. From the meal plans to the fitness plans to the constant support mentally she continues to provide for you throughout your entire journey. The personal messages and motivation she provides you second to none. She is constantly reminding me to look forward despite small personal issues or downfalls, she is there for you always. Would highly recommend you sign up if you’re serious about wanting to change the way you feel and look. I don’t think I could have changed my life any other way. Once again, I’m so grateful to Gulis for everything she has done. Thank you.

Gulis is literally the definition of amazing! She has been a huge part of my journey and has been fully invested in making health and fitness a lifestyle and not just a quick fix weight loss. She created the perfect personalised meal and workout plan for me whilst taking into consideration my lifestyle, what is challenging enough for me and I’ve never felt like I was on a diet. I’ve tried to lose weight so many times in the past with all kinds of diets and restrictions and have failed because they were never aligned with my lifestyle and reality. Gulis helped me not only lose weight but change my mindset towards healthier eating without feeling like I’m restricting myself. I still eat my favourite things and I’m continuing to lose the weight! She is truly the best!

My experience with Gulis was highly enjoyable and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot about nutrition and health throughout the online programme. This includes my past mistakes in terms of my calorie intake and dieting. Gulis implemented my personal preferences and made a personalised plan that worked very well. Her varied meal plans were tasty to eat and enjoyable to make and the workouts challenged your limits. Throughout, Gulis was an amazing and professional coach. Overall, great communication and service and I highly recommend to sign up with her!
