We use GURU to host all of our own servers and those for clients. Exceptional service, nothing is too much to ask. The support guys are always on top of every request and are speedy to reply. Couldn't recommend them more. Hats off to the team!

I have not been a customer for a long time, but as promised we have had an uptime of 100% for the last 2 months. The support always answers professionally. Often beyond the measure of the hoped-for. Everything seems very thoughtful and it is the first hoster i like to entrust my client projects and sleep well at night.

I can recommend the hoster not only for UK customers. We are from Germany and the loading times of our projects are usually under 1 second.

In an effort to service our client base more robustly we migrated over 25 client hosting packages to Guru. Couldn't be happier with the support given to ensure a smooth migration - really attentive to detail with plans in place to migrate by piecemeal.

Went over and above to optimise each site and ensure all client emails were migrated without issue.

I have only been with Guru a short while, but I made my decision to move to Guru after testing out several other popular WordPress hosts and spending almost 1 year with SiteGround, who were bloody awful.

Guru passed my tests with flying colors both for support and performance of servers.

I am harder to please than most due to the fact I ran my own web hosting company for many years, so I have a lot of technical knowledge and know how things work intimately, so blagging me doesn't work.

I moved from a dedicated server as my old provider wanted a 24 month contract for renewal to guru's smallest dedicated offering for our magento site, i now pay 1/4 the amount and the website is operating twice as quick. Month to month contract so i can upgrade and downgrade when my seasonal business needs to.

I'd been a customer of my previous host for several years – initially they were excellent, but after a couple of buyouts the service had deteriorated rapidly. After some research, I came across Guru and I've been blown away not just by the quality of the hosting but also their customer service.

I had a VPS and reseller account with my old host, but the reseller account I now have at Guru will allow me to consolidate everything into one. Most of the sites I host are WordPress-based and they were all heavily optimised with WP Rocket. Guru's LiteSpeed servers wipe the floor with the performance I was able to achieve at my old host, including the VPS (roughly twice as fast at Guru). I can see the boost feature being handy in future, too.

On top of this, I had around 50 sites to migrate to the platform. The migrations team tirelessly worked through the monotonous task of painstakingly moving each and every site over from my previous host's proprietary control panel. They made sure to copy email addresses and advised of any settings changes that may be needed, really going above-and-beyond the experience of previous migrations I've undertaken.

I really can't recommend Guru highly enough, particularly if you're looking for a UK-based host for WordPress sites, so give them a shot!

After months of searching for a good host I decided to go with Guru.
This was not easy for me as I tend to be suspicious, even critical as I have been hosting sites for 28 years and know only too well that migrations from one system to another can be difficult.

To my pleasant surprise I found Guru Support staff to be nothing short of excellent. They persevered with me even when I was upset while blaming them for issues I had caused.
Nothing phased Guru staff they not only put up with my rantings they kindly put my mind at ease with diligent perseverance, through to positive resolutions of major issues I had caused by my own mistakes.

In short Guru Services have proved to be provided by the best team of engineers that I have ever worked with. The services go way beyond the claim of the sales information provided on Guru site.

Here I go being longwinded but I just can’t seem to find the words that emphasize enough the excellent services I have received.

I have been using another hosting company for many years and although happy with their service I decided to try a new host for a site I am launching next year. Found Guru through a discussion on a business forum where they were highly recommended. Now I can see why - the quality of their support is excellent and yesterday I got a reply to a ticket I raised and the guy handing it must have spent considerable time writing his reply which was very easy to understand.

Speed seems to be good but it is the outstanding level of support that has impressed most. Very pleased I chose Guru !
